Steep stairs to our pet friendly room was hard and difficult to get old dog in and out. The room was aged and used hard but clean and beautiful view. We still had a good time. Pet area was small for the number of dogs that were staying there. We had to wait in line for time in the area.

The suite was roomy, quiet and clean. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Love that you could see the ocean from almost every room. The property is located in an area where you are not too far from shopping, eating, and entertainment. We will definitely be returning on our next vacation!!!!!!

Our room was not ready when we arrived, we needed to wait an hour after a long drive. They did adjust the room charge by a significant amount which was appreciated. The reason for the low rating, if you allow pets, you should not have carpet. Remove the carpet put in laminate floors, not expensive and far cleaner.

The ocean view is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the room smelled of wet dogs, and musty linens. The windows were all open when I checked in and the sea breeze was refreshing, but shutting the windows revealed the pungent odors of the room (it was too late at night when noticed as the office closes at 8 pm). Sleeping with the windows open was freezing but necessary. Also, the bathroom was damp, and the bottom of the bathroom cupboard was rotted away, revealing a problem.

The Ester Lee has a beautiful oceanfront view. The cottage was comfortable and we enjoyed the view from the bed. It's an older motel so the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Last minute getaway
The Ester Lee was perfect for my gateway. The view of the ocean was a must for me and the Ester Lee checked all the boxes for that. I rented a cottage and the space was amazing for my teen kid and I. Beach access too!

The rooms are old. But we knew that coming in. We have stayed here before. The views are spectacular from any room and you are right in the middle of everything to do in Lincoln City. The bed was comfortable and the shower/hot water worked. We really needed just a place to sleep, so it worked for us. FYI: No AC. So that might be a problem in the summer.
