Amazing customer service at any time of the night or day. Both Shelly and Alex made the check in process so pleasant, and everyone has been so kind and helpful. The rooms and lovely and comfortable and the hotel is close to Safeway, McMenamins, outlet mall, and the Chinook Winds Casino. Highly recommend!

1 staff member Kimberly, was doing it all. I have a bad back & she gave us another room with better bed, plus 2 extra blankets to lay on top of. She was running around helping everybody. They also serve fresh cookies to the guests!

I HAD TO CANCEL MY ROOMS CAUSE OF AN EMERGENCY SURGERY FOR MY SON AND I CANCELED THE THE SECOND DAY 24 HOUR IN ADVANCE AND GOT NOT REFUND FROM IT. SO EVERYTHING WAS NOT GREAT.

First off the refrigerator didn’t work and then the next morning they said the oven wasn’t working so they cooked all the breakfast for the continental breakfast out of the microwave and that is one of the reasons why I go Who Eggs out of the microwave

Nicely renovated, very modern. Good Continental breakfast with pleasant staff people to assist you if needed. Very clean and comfortable in all respects. I will stay again, certainly better than most other places in Lincoln City where I've stayed.
