I don’t leave reviews, but Lincoln Sands is awesome. We have two kids, and they had warm cookies and hot cocoa when we arrived. Pool and room was perfect. It’s right on the ocean. It’s an older facility, but clean. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is what you’d expect. We wanted to stay another night, and plan to be back. Thank you!

great place for extended family or couple stay
older wing provides older rooms but much roomier and offer kitchens and two bathrooms. views from rooms are fantastic. easy walk to beach. chowder happy hour and breakfasts very welcome. we will definitely return and check out other ascend properties.

The access to the beach was fantastic.The room was modern and comfortable...could have used a table chairs for dining in the room...great place to stay with pets.

Property was clean. They were very nice. They had clam chowder in the dining area. The breakfast was good. The only issue was the room wasn’t ready for check in. We went to eat and check out the area and came back at 7. Still not ready. Waited in the dining area till after 8 before a room was ready. They said they were short handed.

The property is upscale. Our hotel room was big, roomy and comfortable. Everything was working perfectly. The receptionist as well as the cleaning staff were very polite and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to visit it again.

Couch wasn’t comfortable, nothing in hotel room for eating left overs, very basic housekeeping was done. There was hair and some dead bugs in window seals and baseboards. Feel like it should have been cheaper for being a suite of this sort. Overall, stay was ok. Don’t think we will book here again though.

The staff make an extra effort to make us feel welcome. Salmon Chowder and cookies in the lobby was a huge plus. The rooms are excellent, cozy, and affordable. We went here for our dating anniversary, and it was so good we stayed here the night of our wedding as well.

Not worth the price. Evidence of previous occupant in bathroom and shower. Continental breakfast was low quality. Staff wasn't very friendly. Very limited seating in the dining area. Pool water was cloudy.

Our experience was excellent. The only wish on our list would be a place to put used towels. We appreciate the eco mindedness of the hotel, but had a hard time trying to find a place to dry a towel we had used for the next day's use.
