We have stayed here before, and enjoyed the room we had, but this time we paid the same price for a king master suite, and the room layout was different/smaller, and there was no bathtub like the first time we went. The room was also situated so if you sat on the couch, you would have to crane your neck to see the TV. Not the greatest stay. I will say though that it has convenient beach access and a restaurant within walking distance.

Pros: check- in greeting was good, pet friendly, excellent view, 2 ba, 1 bdrm, w, murphy bed and kitchenette , big tv, continental breakfast that was surprisingly good Cons: living room furniture consisted of a green chair and chaise lounge-neither were comfortable to sit in. Nothing felt clean-Room felt dirty, sliding door to check- in was broken, at check- in told system went down and we would have to wait indefinitely with no expected time for it to come back up- (luckily it came back online while we waited)stuff on the floor in our room, kitchen as if it had not been vacuumed, elevator dirty, buffet tables never were wiped down, sometimes seating at buffet was too full had to wait- tables, chairs to big for the area. Biggest con- only 1 handicap parking spot. When booked reservation, nor the two times I called were we informed of a pet fee. Cost was higher than what we were quoted through hotels.com and higher than what our itinerary showed through hotels.com. I would not stay here again

Stayed in lincoln city at many different resorts. We got one of the suites and firnthe price it was a cute little place. Nothing over the top but affordable and a great little gem. Really enjoyed the outdoor back patio. It had a fireplace that was always going. Also had to gas bbq grills for first come first serve use but it was raining. I do recommend
