The entire HVAC system is not working And has not been working for days (the staff told me) Too hot in the room. I was not told only after checking in and pointing out that the AC does not work. Apparently it is my fault that I didn’t know this, the staff says it is on the website which it IS NOT. No signage denoting this, no statement on checking in.

When checking in at 3pm while they are doing shift change is a bad idea. There was so many people waiting and now blocking the door and they were behind on clean rooms for some people

Room was clean. Laminate floors are much better than carpet. Steep parking lots are not ideal for motorcycles but it works. Walkable to beach was nice.

Security is a big issue. The back door was stuck open all the time, the elevator needed major adjustment so you didn’t feel you had the bottom fall out from under you. The door to the room was very difficult to open. Large gaps around the door too. No privacy. The thermostat in the room didn’t work. The price was too high for all of these defects.
