Worst hotel ever
Checking in was absolutely horrible, worst experience I have ever had. The front desk lady was rude, threatening and treated me like I was doing something wrong or illegal by checking into a hotel I already paid for. She claimed it's company policy to have all adult ids on file that would be in the hotel. I questioned how that was legal for her to be monitoring if I choose to have a guest in my room or legal for her to require personal information of my guest. Her response was that I was being difficult and that I wouldn't be allowed to stay there and that she also wouldn't be canceling my reservation. That I would still be charged and she would just refuse service. I wasn't rude to her, I was doing my best to follow policies but the simple fact was I can have my own guests ( family/friends) visit my own room. She threatened after finally letting me check in that if there was any riff raff she would be calling the police because she doesn't want issues. I am a 33 year old adult, simple trying to get out of town, see the beach and go to a casino, not a child trying to have a hotel party. It was absolutely inappropriate. Ruined the whole trip experience. Additionally, the door to outside the hotel had no locks on it and people were coming and going all night, guest or not. The place smells like dog piss and the room was next to a loud elevator with people making noises and elevator noises the entire night. I would never stay here again or any other 6.

NO HEAT NO COFFEE NO SERVICE
When we arrived for checkin righ avout 3. The receptionist was talking withbanother employee. A lady with very short hair was talking with an elderly lady who were coworkers for about 5 minutes really talking about nothing not acknowledging inwas there to checj in ...she finally acknowledeges im there ww gobthrough the checkin process all food. We get to the roo. Its not freezing but temp says 68. I like at least 70 72 depending on tbe weather. It happened to be dipping into the 30s that day./ morning. The thermostat pretty simple to operate. Flame symbol indicates heat. The snowflake indicates cooling. I switxh mode to show flame for heat arrow temp to 71. Waiting to feel heat no heat comes on but some how the temp raises to 70 after an hour or so. The temp never makes it past 70 and theres a bunch of cold fog rolling around iutside but the room feels like 68 and chilly with micro fog mist in the room...NO COFFEE IN THE ROOM. NO HEAT WE PACKED UP JUST BEFORE 8 AM got the H out of there....the recetionist said we shouldve called front desk. Next when its c old out and you have a reservation at least turn the heat or ac on as a courtesy and service. Quit acting like it such a burden and use your critical thinking with regards to your customers needs and comfort..

It was surprisingly quite for a motel 6. Very well maintained in terns of cleanliness. The only thing i didnt like was the front side parking is at such a slant that you feel like your tipping over when parking.

Check in was a breeze and the clerk was both friendly and accommodating to my request for a first floor room. I generally don’t stay at Motel 6 but it was a last minute trip and it was near the event I was attending so it made sense and I was very pleasantly surprised!

Nice big room's Only thing is some rooms have no heat. Each room has it's own central heating and air conditioning. But for the price of the rooms not to bad. Waking distance to the casino.

You get what you pay for, things here are in poor repair. Not our first time at a poorly run motel 6. First room we got had no heat and a window that wouldn't close. Whole place smelled of stale cigarettes, but they don't charge for pets.
