Location location location. I enjoyed my room, it was a good place to relax and also get some work done. Pretty cozy. But you're not here for the room. You're here because you open the curtains and look out the window and it's literally the Pacific Ocean! The beach is right there! And the public access path to the beach is on the side of the hotel. You couldn't ask for a better place to marvel at the magnificence of the Pacific, no matter what the time of year. Plus downtown Lincoln City is just a short walk the other way. I look forward to coming back very soon!

Disappointing Stay – Could Have Been Better
I usually try to stay positive when reviewing hotels, but unfortunately, my experience at Seagull Beachfront Inn was far from ideal. Upon arrival, we were greeted with less-than-enthusiastic service. The check-in process felt impersonal, with the staff seeming more focused on getting us through the door than providing a warm welcome. We didn't feel like any extra effort was made to ensure our comfort or satisfaction from the beginning. When we finally made our way to the room, we immediately noticed the bathroom was not as clean as we'd expect. The tiles were grimy, the sink had water spots, and there were remnants of soap scum around the shower area. It was disappointing, especially since cleanliness is a major priority for me when traveling. To make matters worse, there was a man loitering outside the property as we arrived after dark, which made us feel uneasy and a bit unsafe. I understand this might not be entirely within the hotel's control, but it definitely added to the sense of discomfort. While the room itself was fine in terms of space, the overall lack of attention to cleanliness and the subpar service made it hard to feel fully relaxed. All in all, this stay was not what we had hoped for, and I would consider other options if I return to the area.

The lady at the desk was rude and when we got in our room the floor was sopping wet. Grabbed towels to wipe up the water and the towels turned brown from dirt.

Older but some updates. Love the view!! Spacious room and easy beach access. The kitchenette was a nice addition but not well stocked. The bed was not the most comfortable but I did like the variety of pillows. For the price, it’s about what I expected. Good for a 2 night stay.

It was an older building the deck was nice to use some better lighting The beds were not that bad although the room was very drafty and the doors rattled at night.

While the location of this property is nearly right on the beach and the view from our room was GORGEOUS, there were some issues we experienced that impacted our stay. The heater is on the floor and barely provided any heat which made what was already a cold night more cold. We slept all night with it on to see if it would heat up at some point and it did not. The bathroom did not look very clean and all of the towels in the room were small. There was only one main light in the room on the opposite side next to the balcony. The jacuzzi was a nice plus, however lots of seagulls were perched on top of the hotel directly over all of the rooms and so poop kept landing in our jacuzzi. All in all this place has very friendly staff, great location/ views but due to the condition of the room, it was not worth it for the price that we paid.

I was not expecting a 3 star hotel but these guys didnt even try. My room never warmed up, the baseboard heater somply couldnt compete with the cold. The comforter was meant for hot weather and it was mid winter. My bathroom window was permanently open and their solution to the sliding glass door lock being missing was to put a curtain rod on the door track. I was cold and nervous so I was not able to enjoy a very nice view of the beach.

Room 331 is large! No heater, but an employee will bring one up and additional blankets if requested (which we did). No issues staying warm! The bathub drips, but no biggie. There is a kitchenette, which is perfect! The view...beautiful. For the price...I'd 100% come back.

No early check-in, so at 4pm, we checked in. Our room was not ready. Definitely should have been offered a discount for that. The room was not very clean. We got the cottage. Under the couch clearly has not been cleaned in a while, the kitchen table had red sticky stuff all over it and the baseboards were extremely dusty and had animal hair on them. The WiFi in the cottage is non existent, they should really add a WiFi extender to that room. We had no service our whole stay. The only benefit was the view and the bed was comfortable

You can't beat the view of the ocean. The room was newly renovated and inviting. Opening the door was not intuitive, but the manager cheerfully showed us the trick on how to turn the key and move the handle.
