Welcome to the White Mountains in Lincoln, NH! Our lovely, spacious 2 bed/2 bath condo is centrally located to all main attractions and activities in the heart of the White Mountains. Skiers and snowboarders will love the close proximity to Loon and Cannon Mountain - with Loon just 3 minutes away! We have a free Ski Shuttle that will take you directly to Loon and back during skiing season ( weekends and holidays). Guests will love our many on-site amenities including indoor & outdoor Pool and Hot tub, Game room, Sauna, Full fitness center, Racquetball court, and more - perfect to relax after a day outdoor or for those rainy days indoor.

Enjoy our bright and spacious, end unit condo with 2 A/Cs, Gas fireplace, Free wifi/cable, 3 flat screen TVs , and a new fully equipped kitchen. Spectacular view of Loon Mountain right from our private balcony. We are within walking distance to everything downtown Lincoln has to offer- plenty of great restaurants, local shopping, coffee shops, wine brewery, grocery mart and many more.

Franconia Notch State Park (Basin, Flume Gorge), Alpine Adventures, Clark's Bears, Ice Castle and many more are less than 10 minutes drive. Prime location for year round activities- from endless hiking trails, skiing, snowmobiling, golfing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and beautiful foliage for leaves peeping and many more. The Pemi river is just across the street from our condo.

--OUR SPACE--
Our lovely end unit condo features 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 A/C - one in each bedrooms to keep you comfortable in the summer, 3 TVs with free cable and WIFI. Relax and unwind on our sectional sofa with a 55 inch Samsung flat screen TV. Our thermo controlled Gas Fireplace offers heating and ambiance for the winter. Enjoy your morning coffee on our private balcony with view of the Mountains.

Cook up your favorite meals in our updated and modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Fully equipped with all the appliances and cookwares you need . Dining area seat 6 with 3 additional bar stool seating at the large granite kitchen peninsula.

Our master bedroom features a King size bed with a full bath, A/C, and TV. Second bedroom features plenty of beds for comfortable sleeping, can sleep up to 6 in this room. Queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed with optional pull out twin trundle. This room also has A/C, TV, a walk in closet, private walk in bath and walk out access to the balcony.

Our condo is on the 2nd floor end unit. Guests can use the the stairs next to the unit for easy and quick access in /out of the building. We also have an elevator at the main entrance along with bellhop carts for our guests to use if needed.

Nice overall. Only problem for me was that there was a tenant below us and I have an energetic not always so easy to settle (particularly on vacation) 4 year old and after he knocked on the door the 1st night I just felt paranoid that she was being too loud. The host and condo were otherwise really nice and accomodating.

NH Getaway
We visited in summer. The condo was in a great location for exploring both the Kancamagus Hwy. & the Franconia Notch SP areas of the White Mountains NF as well as Lincoln restaurants (many walkable). The unit was well furnished, but could have stood a little up dating, especially with the balcony furniture. Supplies were good for at least the first 3-4 days. Dinner & cookware seemed adequate (we did not cook). Beds were comfortable, but needed some places to open suitcases. Bathrooms & towels were adequate, but could have used more rods. Water was very soft. We didn’t use TV. Overall the condo was comfortable, but could use some serious updating. We would recommend & book again.

This is a beautiful property and well maintained!! We enjoyed the beauty of the area and the cleanliness of the property. We would definitely rent again! Great proximity to the white mountains. Lincoln is a charming town. FYI: the pool, hot tub and game facilities close at 8:45pm. WiFi has a weak signal if you need it for work.

Summer Getaway with the Kids
Wonderful property! Super clean, spacious, and the inside pool/hot tub was a huge plus for one of our days that was rainy. The only thing that was a little tricky (and this is on us!) is our toddler and her bouncy little feet..we had to work hard to make sure she didn’t disturb the downstairs neighbors. Again, that’s on us though and this was a great place!

Perfect location for Loon Mountain
Our family of five (two adults, and three kids ages 7, 9, and 11) had a very enjoyable stay. The condo was the perfect size - a bedroom for the parents and a bedroom for the kids, and we each had our own bathroom. Living room and dining room could seat us all comfortably. Kitchen was stocked with basic necessities. Some of us skied and some of us took advantage of the indoor pool (which was warm), the hot tub, and the game room. Game room required quarters but prices were reasonable. The grocery store is a three minute drive, and there are many restaurants and coffee shops within a five minute drive. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Loon getaway for family
We had a wonderful stay at Eva's condo. The communication was excellent prior to arrival with very clear check in and check out process. The condo was spacious for our family of 4, had a high chair and some books/toys for kids which was a great surprise! Our daughters loved swimming and going in the jacuzzi. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. 3 minute drive to Loon, we skied on the weekdays when no shuttle runs but there is a shuttle on weekends! We really hope to stay here again.

Great place in a great location!
We had a wonderful stay and a great time skiing at Loon which is across the street. The beds were comfy. The bath towels were nice. The unit was as described and had everything we needed. We had fun trying out the racquetball court. Bring quarters if you want to play in the arcade. The change machine was out all week, but the office was able to give us some change. We tried out the hot tub, which was great after a day of skiing. We hope to make it back and would definitely recommend staying here!
