This is where I have started before so I thought that it would have been a good stay but not this time. The check in was not good because the guy at the front desk didn’t care that the reason why I stay there is because of the hot tub and that it was out of service. There was something on the carpet between the beds and a dead bug on the bathroom floor but to cap it off there was a live snake in the drained hot tub. They also did not have any pool cues. VERY disappointed!!

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The parking lot was full but it was not noisy at all. We will be back next time we are in Lincoln.

Not the best hotel to stay in.
Pool was broken and hot tub was cold. Room was poorly cleaned. Asked front desk to bring blankets to our room and was told to come get it and he couldn't send it to our room.

Property had bed bugs, and the owners refused to give a refund! Place looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in forever. I do not recommend staying at this property!

So I booked this property before I read the reviews. ! After reading the reviews I was somewhat hesitant. Im thinking some people might be too picky! We only stayed for the night with our fur baby. The place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Property isnt well kept up. Our rooms door barely closed, you almost had to slam it to shut it. Flies in our room. The lobby carpet was soaked from their a/c dripping water onto it constantly.

Everything was as advertised. There were some worn down spots in the room and a few electrical issues otherwise it was fine. Beds were comfy. Good location.

Better stay elsewhere
The entire lobby and hallway smelled like marijuana, I believe it was being smoked in the back office. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke horrible and the stare of the room was run down. We had a hand written note on our desk that said “not dirty, paint stain” above a huge white blotch. We only needed the room to sleep in after the Husker game, which was fine but I wouldn’t stay here again and definitely would not bring my kids with the drug usage.

Sink faucet leaked making a pool of water on the counter. The carpet and wall below were soaked and wall was moldy. The pool was cloudy and didn’t seem to be heated. Before I arrived someone with the same name checked in and my card was used to pay. They did fix that before I arrived

When I checked in, I was not greeted hello what so ever, just asked for photo id. Not a word spoken. Incredibly uncomfortable encounter. My room was very gross, seemed to be in the back of the hotel where no one was occupying rooms. I had to walk around garbage and a ladder, and there was chairs and mirrors outside the room next to me. They must of been working on a room. Granted this is 10pm at night. It was scary, and uncomfortable and made me feel a little unsafe. I have a photo of that scene… and the big tub in the middle of the room, had soup scum all over it. Reviews are very misleading. I will never stay here again, and would not recommend it to anyone either. Terrible service. And gross and unclean
