Housekeeper wouldn't take "NO" for an answer up to 4x per day, repeatedly came into the room when i was gone and eventually stole money from my room. Management was informed and did not show any concern nor attempt any correction. Also, there is no breakfast, no water pressure, no toiletry refills nor elevator.

Cockroaches, cigarette burns on blankets, pillows and curtains, stained bedding, the list could go on. extremely unsafe area as well. non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes.

Hotel was fine, seemed to be in a sketchy part of town at night. Single adult male traveling with his dog, no biggy. Pet fee was great compared to a lot of other places too. Big reason I picked them. Rooms were older/well used. Though things were clean overall. Would stay here again for sure.

I was traveling with a teenager and my dog. The room was awful! The room smelled like it had been a smoking room. There was a burn hole in the comforter on one of the beds. The paint was peeling and the room was very dark and dingy. We saw bugs in the room. The door to the parking lot didn't open with our key card. When I went to the front desk, I was told that the door didn't usually work. I know the hotel can't control the guests but people were coming and going until 2:00 in the morning. They were very loud when walking through the hall. We will never stay there again.

The hotel is older. So, I wasn't expecting much. However, the room was great for the price I paid. The gentleman at the front desk was great too. He was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would stay there again!

Staff nice and helpful but I don't think many people work there. It's obvious that improvements are being made, but overall condition was below average. Mostly clean, no bugs or obvious mold, but still felt old and dirty. Exposed wiring where vent fan should be. Did not see any suspicious activity, but environment did not give me confidence for my safety. I've seen worse, but this was one little step away from being a dive.

The check-in part was easy. The parking was ridiculous. It’s next to a nasty adult store and what looks like a truckstop. It smelled. The walls had scratch marks and dings and holes all up and down the hallways our door to our room look like somebody kicked in the bottom. The toilet flooded after one flush the shower flooded after two minutes, there was bugs crawling up the wall. You turned on the air and it smelled like the room was on fire. There was no ventilation for the bathroom. There was a hole in the bathroom wall with wires hanging out of it. I locked my door and almost couldn’t get back out because the door was stuck and jammed , this is by far the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in my whole adult life. This place needs to be shut down and red tag.

When we walked in property appeared updated. Walking down the hall carpet was disgusting walls were chipped floors were wavey. In our room mattresses were caved in terribly. Comforter was ripped, pillows were completely trashed and dirty. We pulled back the blankets and sheets were stained mattresses were stained and torn. Went to leave the room and bolt was busted where we had to insert key and release the bolt. Another person in our party had similar issues with their bed. Door had to be jimmies open. Top bold was missing the slider. Bathroom was stained and dirty. We requested a checkout and refund within the first 10 min. Was not a case of “somewhere to lay our head” felt very dirty and unsafe.

Shouldn't be open for business
OH MY GAWD!!!! This place shouldn't have even been open for business. The front desk guy, Tim I think was his name, was doing his very best to accommodate people. The weekend was a huge weekend for Lincoln as it was the NU vs CU game. I traveled 1700 miles to go to the game. had read the reviews on Expedia and they were mediocre. We got to the Hotel. Very shady character setting outside of a room with locks and cameras on the second floor. 3 or the 4 rooms we were shown did not have locks on the doors. Windows had no screens, holes in the walls. Just a complete horror. My son and I were scared and he is a veteran. The calmest part of this hotel was the veggie/flower garden out front.
