Great place! Book the stay!
This was the best place at this price I have ever stayed at! Incredibly clean, extremely comfortable beds, convenient location, kind and helpful check-in staff, and a wonderful breakfast! I was a bit hesitant when booking with this not being your traditional hotel but I can't rave enough and will be back if were ever in Lincoln again!

We have stayed here many times and always enjoy it. My only complaint is I wish they would open the pool area before 10 am. I am one who like to use the hot tub early in the morning with a cup of coffee.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the start line for the Good Life Halfsy. It was a perfect choice for me. The property is well maintained. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. Loved the fact that coffee, ice cream and slushies were available 24/7.

I love this place !!!
I love Annabelle Gardens. The hotel is comfortable and packed with amenities like full kitchen and laundry machines in the room. The breakfast, snacks, and ice cream are great. The gardens and greenery throughout the facility are beautiful. The pool, lawn games, and fitness center is also great

The Gem
Annabelle Gardens is a gem. Clean and lush garden walkways. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with everything you need like the full kitchen and laundry appliances in the room. And the other guest are friendly, respectful and safe
