Cozy 2 Bedroom Cabin With Boat

On Brownlee Lake. Newly decorated. 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin with rowboat. Bedrooms have one double bed in each room. Very clean. Kitchen/Dining area. New Stove. Remodeled bathroom with shower. Wireless WIFI, TV with VCR/DVD player. New Campfire pit. Charcoal Barbecue. Swimming, boating, fishing. QUIET area. Other cottages next door. Fully furnished except for bath & kitchen towels and if you want a table cloth for the picnic table. 8 miles from Lake Huron. You will want to come back here again. No Pets/Smoking . Limited 5 visitors to cabin. Quiet time after 10 pm.

Cancellation refund will only be given if cancellation is received before 2 weeks prior to reservation. Renters will be charged for any damage or theft, of the property and cabin contents or outside furniture or boat. Also charged if dishes are not done. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

Nice little cabin on a VERY tranquil lake. We enjoyed the lake and surrounding areas as well. The location is a perfect distance between Alpena and Oscoda, where we were able to kayak and hike. Many nice restaurants within 15 minutes of the cabin.

My son and I had a good time here. The location was great and the view was pretty. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. My only complaint was towels were not included. It did say that in the listing but I forgot, so I had to go out and buy some.

Nice cozy cottage
Nice place to stay for a couple people. It's very small but as to the charm. It does need a window air conditioner, which is a minimal upgrade. But that's not listed on the description, so I can't fault them. It was just really sticky in the bedrooms with no air flow. And it rained, so we had to choose between leaving the windows open and getting things wet, or closing them and suffocating. We had a nice time though. If the addition of an AC is made, we will definitely be back.

Rainy but Cozy.
It was a rainy weekend but the cottage was cozy. The local stores and restaurants employees were friendly and helpful. Our visit was cut short due to being unable to shut off the hot water in the shower. The property manager came immediately to try to fix it but it was going to take a plumber. Things happen and we understood, we left about noon.

Exactly what relaxing is supposed to look like
I had to work in the area it was perfect after work grilling on the grill letting the kids and the wife play lots of local landmarks and playgrounds perfect place to put your phone away and enjoy one another. Neighbors had wood for us. Quiet and lake is clear and the boat to cruise around on was a nice touch.

Cottage was very cute and cell stocked. Bedrooms are small but ok if you are comfortable in full sized beds. Only problem was tv remote is missing so had to figure out access to tv and DVD player. Beautiful view of lake. A little too cold for us to take advantage of outdoors and fire pit.

Color Tour 2020
My daughter and I were taking our annual color tour. We chose this charming cottage as it was in the area we planned to explore. Everything was as described in the online information. Beds were comfy, space was perfect for the 2 of us. We each had our own bedroom. The living space was just right, kitchen had everything we needed. Full size fridge was great. We were out exploring for most of the time, so did not have opportunity to use the charcoal grill or fire pit but having the availability was awesome. Definitely would stay here again. Price point was great too. Gave the interaction with property manager 3 stars because we did not have a reason to contact them so was not sure how to rate that service.
