Occupancy and Pricing: Our nightly rate includes accommodations for up to 10 guests. For groups larger than 10, a one-time flat fee of $50 per additional guest (up to 15 guests) applies. Great for multiple families
The house layout was great for multiple families to enjoy. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and check in was easy. It is located near all Lincoln attractions. Great house and location.

Great house close to Loon
The house was just as listed. Great location right across the street from Loon, with an optional shuttle pick up in the neighborhood. The house was fully stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils, games, puzzles, towels. The owner was attentive and quick to respond to messages. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to other groups.
