What’s going on here?
Hampton charged me for the room even though I had paid hotels.com when I booked it. But Hampton charged $30 less. What gives?

Our room was spacious and clean. It looked like it had been recently renewed or renovated. The heater malfunctioned and we were quickly moved to a different room. Down side: this hotel allows dogs. One night while we were attempting to sleep, a dog was barking continually for several minutes. I called the front desk who said they would investigate. Shortly after calling the barking stopped. Apparently, the dog's owner left it in the room alone. When he/she returned the dog stopped. Annoying.

Wonderful Stay
Staff was friendly when arrived. Rooms were clean and the beds very comfy. Breakfast was a added bonus and a lot of variety!

We paid extra for the name brand hotel hopefully to get better hotel stay experience. The food is good, the location is great; However, the WIFI is not working (it works for all other hotel stays).

Very loud. Can hear everything in hall and neighboring rooms. Hot water never got beyond almost warm, so showering was unpleasant. Door was already open when I arrived, so staff had to make sure room was unoccupied.
