This ground-level, two-story corner unit includes an interior garage and provides access to the Loon Mountain Club, where you can enjoy amenities like a pool, spa, and gym, making it ideal for up to 12 guests.

Surrounded by natural beauty, you'll love the fresh mountain air and the calming sounds of the Pemigawasset River right outside your door. Whether you're looking for adventure or simply want to unwind, Riverside Terrace offers something for everyone.

With 2,900 square feet of luxurious living space, this spacious townhome is perfect for your family vacation. It features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and central heat and air conditioning throughout.

The upper level boasts 2 bedrooms (king bed and 2 full beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The master suite offers a serene retreat with a large shower, a detached tub, and a walk-in closet, while you can fall asleep to the soothing sound of the river. The unit also includes a one-car garage with convenient access to a mudroom and changing area.

The well-stocked gourmet kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essential cookware. The spacious living area includes a gas fireplace, smart TV, and a balcony with river views, along with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

The lower level offers 2 additional bedrooms (queen bed, twin bed, and full bed), one full bathroom, and a cozy family room with a sectional sofa, love seat, gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a selection of games for the kids. The covered patio is the perfect place to relax while taking in the beautiful river views.

Stay connected with free, fast Wi-Fi and enjoy the comfort of two-zone central heat and air conditioning on both levels.

Just around the corner, you'll find a lovely rock patio area complete with an open fire pit and a commercial gas grill, ideal for cooking meals or making s'mores with family and friends. Nearby, enjoy a private hot tub under the stars, with a cabana that includes a shower and bathroom. Firewood is provided free of charge.

Fresh linens, towels, dish soaps, and detergents are all provided for your convenience.

The unit is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and more.

Our locally managed townhome is here to assist with any needs during your stay.

For parties of 8 or more, please provide a valid ID for safety and incidentals. An additional charge of $25 per person, per day will apply for guests exceeding 8. If more guests than booked arrive, there will be a $50 charge per extra guest, per day, and we reserve the right to vacate the unit if the number of guests exceeds the booking.

The unit has a 4-car parking maximum: one car in the garage, one directly in front of the garage, and 2 in the overflow lot. A $100 fee will be charged for lost parking passes.

For your security, two exterior cameras are in place—one by the front door and another on the lower level patio.

Please note, early check-in requests must be made 24 hours in advance.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Taylor was so accommodating. The living arraignments are perfect and top of the line. We could ski off and on the south peak mountain. Perfect for any family!

Beautiful condo
The condo was very accessible for a family member in a wheelchair/walker except the bathroom (which was not a factor for us) so it met our needs beautifully. The place was very large and open and the fireplaces did a great job of keeping it warm. We were especially pleased with the extras provided (like trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, etc). The kitchen was also well stocked with pots/pans, etc. We love the trails behind the condo complex for going down to the river and for going on walks.

This property is beautifully located in a pretty neighbourhood, close to so many attractions. It's spacious, clean, well stocked, and was overall perfect for our family group of 6 adults and 4 children. Thank you Taylor!

Great Home Base For The Eclipse
Overall had a great stay! Communication with the host Taylor was easy and smooth. The unit was as shown in the listing and everything was clean. The location is convenient with so much to do nearby. Also, unit provides great views of the Pemigewasset River and the White Mountains in the distance. It is an accessible unit with ample space for getting around in a wheelchair including onto the balcony off of the living room. We did have to move chairs from the dining table and kitchen counter to make room but besides that getting around on the main floor of the unit in a power wheelchair was without issue. Overall this made a great home base for our trip to see the total solar eclipse and I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area!

Convenient and relaxing
A group of friends and I stayed here for a weekend. It was super close to the downtown area. My friends enjoyed skiing at Loon and it was perfectly located. It's a large hint and we felt like we had plenty of room. My only complaint was we found one a few things not working when we arrived and messaged the host via the app. But the app is really bad about notifying so the host didn't see the messages till after our stay. But, that didn't really take away from the amazing weekend we had.

60th Celebration NH
The property was as described. Wonderful gathering place for 6 women celebrating our 60th birthday. The only complaints are small so they are here for the owners use: the host is slow to respond and the place could use a coat of paint in order to not appear unclean, there was a tip envelope left on the dining room table and I assume it was for the maid service, but since we are obviously charged for cleaning would this not be the responsibility of the owner? Small things to update the stay really was pleasant and I’d definitely stay again.

Terrific condo in a great complex
We came for the leaf-peeping, but I think this would be an even better stay during ski season. It's close to slopes, shopping, and restaurants, and has a wonderful little trail along the river if you want to stretch your legs. The beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was good in all the bathrooms. Just a really nice place to make camp.

Amazing stay in the White Mountains
We had an incredible visit to the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The condo is extremely clean, spacious and comfortably fit our family. The beds are so comfortable, and the unit is furnished so tastefully. Taylor is a great host and was very responsive to our questions. This was our first time visiting the area, and we were overwhelmed with the beauty of the surroundings, waterfalls, and hikes. Bottom line- after a week, my family wanted to stay there and did not want to leave .

This property was beautiful! It was as listed, but felt bigger than it seemed in the photos. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and everything was clean. The beds were firm. Our group had a great time during our visit. We used the hot tub which was great. I would recommend staying here!

The house is great and exactly as described. About a 5 minute ride to the main area of Loon and a 1 minute ride to South Peak. We did a family trip and everyone was really comfortable. There are 2 large sitting/couch areas, one on each floor. Sleep set up is listed correctly. Very close to stores and restaurants. The host gave specific instructions and responded almost immediately to any questions asked. Loved it, would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay!
We stayed at Taylor‘s place with me and my husband, our two young children, my sister, a family friend, and their teenage son. We had so much space, I think we probably could have easily fit another family in and still had a ton of space! Everything was unbelievably clean. Taylor was incredibly responsive, I had a question about halfway through the trip, and she responded almost instantly. Check in and check out was very easy. The location is so convenient to loon mountain, and a bunch of restaurants as well as the grocery store. I’m already trying to plan my next trip back to stay in this exact property, I highly recommend it!
