the person working the front desk took about ten minutes to get to the front desk and did not greet me or talk very much. When I called down to get extra sheets, they told me to come to the desk where I waited another ten minutes and had to call their help line to get anyone to come to the front desk. I then found a cockroach in the bathroom.

So much potential at this hotel but it’s clearly struggling. Positive points are the swimming pool & work out room. My room was smelly but large. Could hear guests in other rooms though they weren’t particularly loud. Lacked a coffee maker but good fridge & microwave.

The staff was kind enough, and the room itself, such as the layout and the bed and the sitting area, was fine, but the smell in the room was musty and moldy and the floor almost felt damp. We were exhausted and were only staying one night, so we didn't request a different room, but if we were staying longer, we definitely would have. I don't know if it had to do with being on the bottom floor (we were in room 105), but I read a few other reviews that also complained of a musty, moldy smell in their room, so maybe it's just one or two rooms? In any case, we won't be staying there again.

staff was very unwelcoming, complained about having a bad system, told me my card declined when i went through expedia and card number they provided me wasn’t even mine. Told me they hate expedia. didn’t provide me wifi info or breakfast time info, had an attitude, was scrolling on his phone entire time looking at women photos as he was “attempting” to find my reservation. We saw a drug deal happening in front of hotel. Room wasn’t great, sheets stained, small amenities, a plug wasn’t working. We just felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Not staying here again.

Our room was comfortable, breakfast area was clean and offered a variety of items. There was an indoor swimming pool available and a lobby to sit in. Check in was quick and easy! We will stay there in the future and the prices were reasonable, even on football game day or weekend!

We had a king suite, very comfortable, secure WiFi, nice breakfast bar, ice machine on every floor for convenience and front desk staff was accommodating. Swimming pool on location! We will stay here again next time we are in town!

Staff were blunt and unhelpful. Breakfast and coffee was terrible and coffee in short supply. The shower head was broken and the bath tip didn’t drain!

We loved this hotel the room was super clean and organized, my kids enjoyed the indoor pool , the hotel has a gym and a laundry room for guests ( coin operated) but super convenient we loved how organized and clean was the hotel , everything is so close lots of options for dining . a target is really near and convenient too

We just stopped in for the night on our way to Florida. The bed was comfortable and quiet - not squeaky like so many of the cheaper hotels we’ve stayed in. Only three towels were left and we worried we’d have wet towels in the morning for a second shower. The breakfast dining area is small, only one gluten free option (oatmeal), no meat (sausage or bacon), and coffee was weak/not so great tasting. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. All in all, for a quick stop in, the place was satisfactory.
