We approached the check-in desk and my daughter came back from using the restroom and she said there was staining on the toilet and it was very dirty and obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The parking lot had a bunch of pop holes and landscape was not cared for, both my daughter and I felt very unsafe . So we chose not to stay there and booked a different hotel. I called the booking company that we booked through per the hotel, clerks suggestion, and they were not able to cancel the booking and the clerk refused to cancel the booking even after he told me to call them. He also lied about talking to us and about me asking him to canceling the reservation. Do not stay here! It is a slum. I was definitely catfished by the description and pictures.

The property is non-smoking but when we entered our room it smelled like smoke. The couch was very worn and looked a bit dirty. The bathroom vanity had a large piece broken off and the piece was just sitting under the vanity propped against the wall. The bathroom faucet was hard to turn on (it was a pull up model) and when we did get it to flow it leaked all over. The carpet in the room did appear to be newly updated and the bed was comfortable enough, but the overall condition of the property was not wee maintained, and I would not stay here again.

Not clean, pool and hot tub was absolutely disgusting. Water was green, bugs floating, slimy. Paid extra for a suite for the extra room, and the two couches in the extra room were broken to the point you couldn’t even sit on them. Outlets didn’t work, remotes didn’t work, AC didn’t work.

Good room, good price
Firm mattresses. Plenty of electrical outlets for CPAPs, computers, tablet, phones, etc. Good little fridge with a separate freezer compartment.

The property is old and is not kept up well. The picture online did not represent the property. When we arrived to the property we thought it was vacant, that’s how terrible the outside of the building looks. The inside was old and musty. The bottom of one of the mattresses was exposed and had a huge stain on it that looked like blood. I would never stay there again.

Had to have rm key reprogrammed everyday paint peeling off walls stains behind toilet and shower head leaks they had a trash bag ride up above shower as a gasket and the bedding linens were dirty like someone had used it as a napkin floors were sticky and there was a clothes iron burn in the carpet the room was musty smelling

Staff were nice and the room we had was clean. The outside was run down and there was strong perfume in the lobby and hallway. However, we needed a clean room and a shower for one night and this fit the bill. The breakfast was fine in the morning. Some guests seemed to be long term residents.
