I was unsure if the facility was open upon arrival. It was very quiet and no activity that I noticed. They were quick to respond once I picked up the phone inside to call them. Very pleasant. The building is old but maintained. If I had to complain at all it is about putting another customer who arrived late evening above us. They were the only other people staying and they were very noisy above us. I just think it would have been better if they were down the hall we were in.

Staff at front desk was friendly. Room was really old, outdated and had a strange odor. Definitely did not get an updated room like one on the website. Quiet and convenient to skiing.

Reservation never went through because the card type wasn’t accepted but was still confirmed by hotels.com. Luckily they still had a room available and they were kind enough to keep the rate the same. Breakfast was pretty bare bones. Bagels, toast and cereal. Pool hours were rough. Went to swim in the morning but they don’t open until 10 and checkout is 11. Bed was comfortable but won’t be returning.

Staff rude!!! I asked them to turn the blue light son in the pool and they never came!! The shower handle was broken!! NO BREAKFAST!! if I could I would give this hotel 0⭐️ I would. save your tip and go to days inn

No, fun!

Walked in the room, immediately hit with a seriously strong smell, like old, powdery, floral. The mini frige was off and unplugged. The headboards on the two full beds are not attached to anything, just leaning. The beds are way too soft for me. There were no clear directions or guidelines about the pool and hot tub.

Rude staff, very expensive, and some parts of the room were in disrepair (broken window shades, broken shower door latch, etc.). Only a single coffee pot was provided in the breakfast area of the hotel so needed to wait to get coffee. An extremely expensive place to sleep -- wouldn't want to spend any time at the hotel at all.

They have a big indoor swimming pool with hot jaccuzzi open all day untill late night. Bed is comfortable and clean. Good water pressure and good size bathtub. No complaints at all. Thanks I had a good night sleep.

The hotel was fine, pool it’s indoor but you need to walk out of the hotel to go to the pool . Room was smelling like oil or incense not sure what it was . Also it’s looks old. But it was ok just for 1 night .
