Excellent and well-situated hotel

Lindau is one of the most beautiful places I know, and Vis-à-Vis a superb place to discover it. Vis-à-Vis is "opposite" the station and a couple of steps from the Lake front. There is private parking, but it's a tight fit. WiFi is acceptable but definitely needs upgrading/modernising to respond to the need for video calls to family and friends. Breakfast is first rate and you can eat it outside, watching Lindau wake up and the first travellers arriving by train. I arrived on the hottest afternoon with my dog and the receptionist immediately fetched my four-footed companion a bowl of water. Can't say fairer than that! VIELEN DANK! Ich komme wieder!

Can't beat the location or service

Especially handy if arriving by train as the hotel is located immediately outside the station. Less than a minute away is the harbour. Everyone I had dealings with was faultless. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

Very convenient, great service

Stayed here on a quick stop in Lindau, very close to the train station. Service was very kind, and did speak English. Breakfast had a nice assortment, too!

nice hotel

easy access, great breakfast, and location to local attractions were great! the only issue i had was that we were put in a room on the second floor at the far end of the building. it did not appear that the hotel was heavily occupied so the choice of rooms seemed unnecessary.

NO AC..No fan! Verry disappointing stay!

In the summers had a room without a fan / ac. was very suffocating!
