The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, especially the front desk clerk named Ms. Jackie. I truly loved her spirit, and her attitude was truly pleasant. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast on the weekend and loved the convenient location close to major attractions/ stores.

It was nice using the app for check in, my room key & check out. Service in the restaurant was good. My room was clean. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the smell of strong cleaners in the main lobby area is strong when you walk in. I believe the cleaner Fabuloso was used & when walking through the lobby it about knocks you over.

My recent stay at the DoubleTree Hotel Baltimore - BWI Airport exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome and signature chocolate chip cookie set the tone for a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep. I particularly appreciated the quiet environment, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel’s location near BWI Airport is ideal for travelers. Despite its proximity to the airport, the hotel was peaceful, and the complimentary airport shuttle service was prompt and efficient. The on-site restaurant provided delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh options to start the day right. I also made use of the fitness center, which was well-equipped and maintained. Overall, the DoubleTree Hotel Baltimore - BWI Airport is a top-notch choice for both business and leisure travelers. The exceptional service, comfort, and convenience will certainly have me returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Check in was good - they allowed early check in. The room was modest but large enough. There were dirty towels in the bathroom when we arrived. The ceiling was water stained and there was a moldy smell in the hallways. The soda machines on the floors didn't work. The only dining option was a 'buffet' style breakfast for $18/each. This meal was so unattractive that we didn't eat there. The staff that we interacted with was friendly. Overall - the hotel is old and dated. It does not feel clean or welcoming.
