Clean but small rooms. Took several requests to get shower soaps replaced. Fun entertaining area downstairs. One night some weird yelling noises in the middle of the night went on for some time.

Although this trip was just a 1 nighter I want the manager to know that I loved my stay. I could reply he room had been recently refreshed in the bath area and it was a delight. From the moment we walked in the room smelled clean clean. Front desk was cordial. The breakfast lady laid out a wonderful spread. Belgium waffles were too too sweet so next time I will make my own in ur waffle maker. This trip was 11/10. Fantastic. The cleaning staff are doing an excellent job. We will be back.

Great stay
The staff was amazing, going above and beyond. I felt the hotel had thought of everything but if there was something missing, they would find it. We were greeted and given restaurant menus when she noticed me looking at one. Great breakfast. Very happy with having recycling bins in our room as well as outside. Location made it easy to find groceries and get to the Inner Harbor. Our only complaint was the pool not opening until noon but the front desk took our room number and called when the pool was ready early.

Perfect 2 bedroom suite
Fit our family of 5 for one night perfectly. Great room but walls/floors are thin and/or close together. Luckily none of our neighbors were too noisy.

I am not Happy with Hotels. Com. I reserved 2 rooms in June. I arrive at the hotel in Hagerstown, MD Elton be told by the desk person at the hotel that my 2 rooms were canceled back in June. I was told at the hotel that my rooms were canceled and they didn’t have and rooms left. I was with 3 friends and had to stay at a friends house in the area. I am not happy and requested something be done to accommodated me on two rooms in the future. This is ridiculous!
