"I've rarely bothered to leave reviews of hotels, but my experience here left me quite furious. I stayed in the hotel in October, so not so hot outside. However it was VERY hot in my room, at one point it was 27c. Clearly the Air Con wasn't functioning so I asked reception. They sent a technician who proceeded to LIE about the situation saying it would take time to cool down. Eventually they admitted that they had turned off the Air Con for the whole hotel to save money and gave me a cooling unit, which did almost nothing I should add. I would still be annoyed but be prepared to accept this at a cheaper hotel, but this is meant to be 5* luxury. Being able to sleep at a comfortable temperature is a BASIC requirement and one that I wouldn't ever imagine would be an issue at such a hotel."

"You get what you pay for. If you're expecting a $100 room, reserve a $100 room, not a$30 room. The pin location is not accurate for google maps.. don't tell your taci driver to google it. The taxi cost me as much as the room. The lady lady that answered the phone was a little bit hard to understand with light english. But she tried hard to help and eventually the shuttle picked me up from where i was lost"

"I was treated well here, the room was nice clean and the bed very comfortable the breakfast buffet had a great selection and everything was served at the right temperature. If you are going here as a tourist you will not find anything close for sightseeing. It is a very quiet neighborhood if your looking for a peaceful retreat "
