Beautiful hotel in a great walkable location. Roof top patio gives you the nicest view of the city. Rooms are clean and the bed was amazing. Would return again.

This hotel was in a perfect area across from the train station. We had a room with beautiful views of Lisbon. Everything was walkable, including shopping, and countless dining options. The staff were friendly & accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

I had been travelling for 10 days with my friends before treating myself for 3 nights at the Altis Avenida Hotel, and I'm so happy I did! As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and secure. The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful, and considerate, and the location was perfect. I spent comfortable downtime in my room between trips out for shopping and food. These relaxing 3 days were exactly what I needed!

Our first visit to Lisbon and it did not disappoint! The hotel was perfectly located for accessing all the sights. Fantastic service and the highlight was the roof top bar, recommend most highly and would definitely return!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in . The staff is the best part of the hotel . Customer service is brilliant . Spent my 10 year wedding anniversary here and it was the best decision, we had an amazing experience. I highly recommend. I want to specially thank the manager Frederico Vidal, he was amazing ! The hotel is tired. The rooms will need to be updated soon. HOWEVER, the AMAZING customer service makes up for this. The staff here is wonderful. The view from the restaurant is amazing. I would stay here again.

The location is great for those who want to walk and enjoy that part of the city. Public transportation is easily accessible. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet was always fresh with a wide range of options. The room was clean, comfortable bed and offered a great view. This was my second time choosing this hotel for my stay in Lisboa.

It pains me to leave a bad review but I was SHOCKED that the deluxe room I purchased smelled like a men’s locker room. I thought maybe the air had been off so cranked it up, but the smell was so bad I woke up with a piercing headache. I changed rooms but was given a room next to the Staff Only door that was so noisy with thuds and crashes all day and night. I never received an apology or explanation for the smell. If you don’t specifically ask or put the “clean my room” sign on your door, the staff will still come in but only to leave a chocolate on your pillow and ignore the dirty coffee cups, no clean towels, and overflowing trash… Not at all what I expected and sadly cannot recommend this property. The breakfast was great but gosh… I’d just prefer eat out instead of deal with all the unpredictable smells and noises. :(
