This is a gem of a hotel. Delightful staff, lovely rooms, great area of the city, beautifully quiet even though there are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants very close by. It was super convenient for the course I was on, as it was only 4 mins walk away! Iloved my time here.

The staff were the best! Knowledgeable about everything you might need to know about Lisbon. The rooms were very nice and quiet. The location is walkable to restaurants and the metro. I highly recommend the hotel.

My husband and i checked into the hotel and the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. We did have an issue with the terrible smell in our room, but they were not able to change our room that day. They explained that the smell is something they dealt with on the lower floors. The next day they did move us to another floor and a room without the smell. They also worked with my husband to make sure I had a special birthday celebration. I am grareful for this. Overall, our stay was nice, except for our first night.

Everything was pretty good, I must say. The one thing that I felt could've been better is having a icemaker. My wife likes to have ice and we had to keep going down stairs and asking the front desk for ice each night. They would take our cup and go down a hall to fill it with ice. And sometimes there wasn't enough ice because someone didn't turn the water on to fill the ice machine, I just believe this could have been better for all guest.

The friendly helpful staff make this hotel an ideal place to visit in Lisbon. The rooms are compact especially the bathroom! But are tastefully decorated and clean. Within walking distance of the metro which is perfect for exploring Lisbon. The breakfast is ideal…would recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Clean bedroom and bath. The building’s street elevation is of historic design, but the interior is all new. Close to restaurants and vine bars. Hotel is quiet and has a very helpful and accommodating staff. We returned for a second stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, location fairly close to metro. The only negative is , we had very small bathroom, sink was so small, we could barely brush our teeth and no space to put toiletries.

The room was nice and there was enough space for 3 of us. We had a coffee machine in our room where we made some coffee in the morning. Thank you very much to the receptionist for the restaurant recommendation. We had a nice and tasty dinner.
