I needed a place to rest during an all day layover in Lisbon. It was not hard to find based on her directions, even though it wasn't a marked hotel. The woman who greeted me was friendly and helpful. The room was small and clean and had wifi. If I had to spend the night, I don't think I could have slept well in that bed as it wasn't at all comfortable. Also, when people smoke on the balcony/sun room, it wafts right into your room. However, it was exactly what I needed at a good price...just a place to put down my bags and rest for a few hours.

good location if you like walking
I am a solo female and like walking. It was about 30 minutes into heart of Lisbon. About 20 minutes to bus that takes you to the beach about 40 minutes away. I liked staying here. Be warned a few flights of steps up to hotel so you need help with a heavy suitcase as I had.

Nice in summer, bit cold in winter
This hostel does the job if you are staying for a short while. However, when I stayed here in the summer I didn't notice until this time just how cold it is in the building and there is no heating so bring a extra hoodie to wear in bed. It's a good budget option and not bad for the price, there is tea and coffee available and the owners are very nice.

Clean, good facilities and helpful staff
The title sums it up really. It´s a hostel but was still reasonably quiet at night and everything was in good working order including a kettle and even free tea and coffee in the kitchen! Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect for a short stay in Lisbon if you´re out and about during the day. It is on the third floor and there is no lift although if luggage is your only issue then staff will come down and help you with that.

Apartment was clean, owner was friendly and helpful, free coffee and 2 shared bathrooms was more then adequate, the room was a little small but it was great for the price. place is kept very clean which is always a bonus. close to metro station.

Conforme a avaliação que precede esta caixa, dificilmente poderia ter sido mais gratificante: há todo um cuidado em relação ao bem-estar e satisfação do cliente, quer em termos de limpeza, de prontidão, disponibilidade, agradabilidade, cortesia, confiança/boa-fé, profissionalismo, em suma, que ultrapassa em muito o tipo e categoria deste tipo de alojamento. Foi uma surpresa grande depois de subir as escadas até ao 3º, porque valeu e vale a pena. É muito central, tem transportes literalmente à porta, todo o tipo de supermercados e lojas, espaço suficiente para colocar as compras quer no frigorífico quer no armário. As persianas fecham totalmente de modo que o quarto fica em escuridão total, se necessário, as roupas da cama são substituídas a pedido do cliente ou logo que o anfitrião entenda (diariamente), e o espaço está bem provido com armário e cabides, mesas de cabeceira com muita arrumação, cama e divã. Ninguém mexe naquilo que é dos outros, porque o anfitrião zela para que tudo corra sobre rodas. O preço é altamente competitivo, atendendo não só ao serviço prestado, como à localização, e à variedade de produtos e serviços em redor. Os meus parabéns pelo empenho em bem servir.

O local está bem situado. Sendo o edifício um pouco antigo, o isolamento não é o ideal, seja no interior, seja em relação aos barulhos da rua. Não é fácil subir os três andares de escada, sem elevador.

a localização é boa,O acesso é razoável,mta escada.A receção foi boa,a senhora mt simpática.Tirando isso apenas a higiene.desejando mt.Apesar de ser edificio antigo,poderia ser bem mais limpo,a nivel de roupa de cama e do quarto em si. Eu não voltarei mas espero que esta minha critica seja construtiva porque é a minha intenção.Remediei me, porque tbm estava sózinha mas com filho ou filhos não ficaria.obrigado.
