The staff , in particular Hugo, was so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious enough and housekeeping was wonderful. The breakfast included really was great with lots of options (hot and cold) to choose from. The area is quiet for the most part and very convenient to the Main Street Avenue Liberdade, the Hop on Hop off main stop and a 20 minute walk to the main squares. All in all a great place to stay.

All in all, it's a good hotel. The receptionists were wonderful. The room was comfortable – quite large for a European hotel and with a nice view of the city and the ocean/estuary in the distance – but a bit outdated, with a carpet that wasn't very clean. There aren't many amenities and perks – no gym, no water bottles in the room, and not even stationary and a pen. Breakfast was fine but not vegan-friendly and not very exciting. One day I came later than usual (but definitely within the breakfast time slot) and much of the food (and even some cutlery!) had already been gone. The location is fine – not a thrilling place, but within walking distance of many attractions and a central metro station. For a short business trip, it was fine. For a vacation, I would probably choose a different hotel.

The hotel was very clean and spotless. The bathroom is immaculate and modern. The staff were friendly and catered to my every need. They also spoke Portuguese to me as im learning and helped me. Great stay and I will stay again upon my return to Lisbon.

I was traveling a lot and really exhausted. I just wanted a place to rest for 3 days in quietness. This was the place to be. Room very quiet, breakfast buffet excellent. Close to everything. The only one thing was the pillows were the worst and most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced in my travels. They made it very difficult to get comfortable. All 4 pillows were terrible. Besides the pillows everything was awesome. Would definitely return with my own pillows this time.

Good hotel and great location! It offers a good room for the price, well maintained and the whole staff were great from check-in to check-out. The only down side is that it doesn’t have a gym and there’s no clothing iron in the rooms, but you can get one at the reception.
