Staff was great, room was good, bed was very comfortable but I was woken up often during the night and early morning because you can hear every step outside the room and cleaners vacuuming. The decor is quite 90´s but the hotel is great value for money.

Orlando

Despite the fact that the overall facilities were OK and there were friendly and helpful female staff, the behavior of several male staff was totally unacceptable, in particular when dealing with female customers: abusive, disrespectful, incompatible with our civilized values. The ones who were at the desk when my niece left the hotel created a situation of family conflict and unnecessary suffering. I believe she filed a complaint at the hotel and you should investigate their behavior.

This is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. I've never encountered a hotel that denies customers access to a microwave. Over something as minor as a 50-euro microwave, this hotel has completely lost my business. I will never return and cannot recommend this hotel to others.
