Staff and service was exemplary. Loved the proximity to shopping and convenience of the location . Breakfast had many choices, food was delicious. Away from the crowds, we used taxis yet found them to be convenient and affordable. Would stay here again.

Great location for travelers, just few minutes walk from the center. 5 stars breakfast. Brand new hotel,AC is very good. Service is perfect in every area.BUT a huge problem for some people: Hotel is using NOT FREE odor detergent,and everything wiped with NOT FREE odor wipes. HUGE problem.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had great variety and staff kept dishes replenished. The location was away from downtown and in a lovely neighborhood with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Transport was easy as a metro stop was right outside the front door. I would stay here again if ever in Lisbon.

I had a fantastic stay, the room was spacious and had a great shower. The staff were very kind and friendly from reception, breakfast and housekeeping. The area felt safe and a short walking distance to the nearest metro which was handy for travelling to the airport and getting into the heart of the city. I would definitely stay here again. Service was great and prompt. We were put into a handicapped room, and unfortunately flooded the bathroom twice. Wish we’d been asked if we desired that kind of room. A real shower with a door would have been preferable. Very nice breakfast included, and was fairly quiet unless you opened your window and heard people talking loudly outside in the wee hours. Very comfortable otherwise, and close walking to a magnificent mall.

The service is not good. Staffs are not friendly or helpful. I wanted some ice for the room and they gave us literally one cup of ice. If you want a kettle, you have to ask the bar for one. The location is not the center but you can easily get around town with uber. It is not meeting the 4 stars rating. I would look for another hotel next time I come back to Lisbon
