The hotel is at the heart of the city, and the location truly helps with accessing transportation easily and being within walkable distance from a couple of Lisbon's tourist attractions. What needs to be highlighted in particular is the wonderful staff of the hotel. The check-in and check-out process were extremely easy and we were delighted with an upgrade to a better room! Our trip itinerary was very packed, so the staff's effective communication and guidance was very much appreciated. They answered questions we had and helped with arranging tours, taxis, etc. The breakfast was also great and the buffet had delicious food! Overall a great hotel.

Decent sized clean rooms, and bathrooms. Staff was pleasant. We needed some housekeeping around midnight, which was immediately provided. Their restaurant shuts at 10 but there are several eating options right outside as this is central to the Baxia district. Steps away from the Santa Justa lift. Location wise, you cannot go wrong with this property. Close to everything.

Fabulous location absolutely in the middle of ‘everything’! The room was a bit ‘tight’ in size for us, but the amenities and facilities were great, and, most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. We were welcomed by a complimentary bottle of wine, a very delicious gift box of chocolates, some additional ‘pillow’ chocolates, and, something I’ve never experienced before, a no charge invitation to use everything that was in the well-stocked refrigerator!

I stay twice on this Hotel for 4 days each , they change the software in the computer and the staff do not have training at all at least was they expressed, they want to us pay again at checkout for a service room that was provided and the staff told us that we need to paid because they do not find the card that we give when we did the check in , also want to charge also breakfast that was not provided, also the give to us a remodeled room with a strong odor to painting, they were able to change the Room but we refused ( we open the window) the hotel have nice ubicación in Lisboa city , the Food of Christmas Eve was the worse food ever in Portugal

The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Every day we got a little something (e.g., chocolates, wine, macaron cookies) left in the room. The location was fabulous- very close to shopping, restaurants, Christmas markets, and transportation. The room could stand some upgrading- slightly sticky closet door, area rug and sofa were dated and bit dingy. The breakfast wasn't worth the price but the dinner at the Elevador Restaurant was fabulous- best we had in the city. The Fado show was so great. The staff and location far outweighed the minor issues. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was well equipped with everything needed. The views were beautiful as well being able to see the castle at the top of the mountain while sipping coffee was a plus.

This hotels was one of the best stays in a long time. The location is incredible. I mean incredible walk out to a street of shops and restaurants. The hotel has a free mini bar with Coke water wine juice, beer restock daily . The buffet breakfast was fantastic. The hotel staff was incredible , we needed maintenance for a clogged sink. It was fixed within five minutes. The room was beautiful very cozy. We will definitely be only staying here on our next trip to Lisbon.

Oh my goodness!! We enjoyed our week stay here so much!! Was a little tricky getting there but insists your driver walk you to the hotel from drop off point and problem solved( not a far walk) *** if possible don't take a cab from cruise port use Uber as the taxis over charge or agree on a price prior! Pick up for tours from this hotel is just a short walk as well. The reception staff are truly lovely and try their absolutely best to accommodate you.We had an AC problem and it was fixed pronto. Always a greeting when you come back from a day of sight seeing.The rooms are very spacious, clean and bedding comfortable. This hotel does daily housekeeping!!! ( I'm on holiday and appreciate my bed made after a day of exploration). Mini bar is replaced daily.. (no charge) The breakfast was very good with lots of selection and if they have a moment will make you a special request. We ate at the restaurant three nights even though there are many good restaurants in the area. Antonio was exceptional. The staff are so genuine and make you feel like family. I am still talking about the grilled sea bass! Try their cheese cake...yum yum. Definitely one of our best stays for this four week Holiday. ..
