Excellent hotel. I highly recommend it. The location was outstanding, walking distance to everything you need in Lisbon. No need to rent a car. All the major attractions are walking distance. All the big stores are minutes away. The train station to Sintra is 5 mins walk. We had a superior room and was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. The hotel staff was outstanding. Plenty of good restaurants around. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

Amazing location, great staff, very helpful. Really easy, no issue friendly trip. Staff help to arrange drivers, taxis, and more. Kids friendly. Rooms were made up for kids, and added extra things for kids, like color pencils, and kids slippers. Very cute.

location cannot be beat! the staff here is very kind, room service was super quick and the minibar was always restocked for free (which isn't a given at most hotels). no hidden charges or fees, however, I do think that for the price, the hotel was a little on the expensive side - there is no pool or gym, the rooms/tech are a bit old etc. so the price felt more reflective of a higher end stay.

Highly recommend! Great hotel with professional, courteous and attentive staff 24 hrs. Room was spacious, complimentary mini bar in room, daily cleaning. Great breakfast, with many options to choose from. We received a small bottle of port wine and mini pastries the first night of our stay. This hotel is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, plazas and other tourist attractions. Convenient to taxi and tour pickup and drop off also. The hotel staff made arrangements for a taxi to the airport the morning of our departure.

The staff at the Santa Justa Hotel were EXCELLENT!!! They were GREAT!!! The staff was Professional and extremely helpful. My wife got sick during the trip and one of the staff walked with me to show me where the nearest pharmacy was located so I could get some over-the-counter medication for my wife. Everyone was GREAT!!! Thank you very much!!! Tony

The room was clean, well appointed, beds comfortable, and bathroom was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic - close to everything and walkable. Felt quite safe. I would definitely stay again. 25 mins taxi from airport. During the day the taxi could not drive up to hotel because hotel is in a walking zone, but after hours they could.
