Key didn’t work. Caused inconvenience. Had to go several times to the front desk. Asked for a bottle of water at the front desk. Got an answer that it is provided only at first night. I said ok, charge me. The lady at reception referred me to the bar to buy one. Very annoying. I think that politeness and good service need to be improved.
