The main feature is the location. Next to a very popular square, Tons of restaurants and bars nearby, and a lot of the attractions can be done walking, if you are in good shape. There are a lot of hills. One the the main electric trams that is the most popular, #28, has the final stop right in front of it, which is very convenient.

Le Consulat Hotel perfectly blends history, trendiness, and chic style. Centrally located in Lisbon, it offers the convenience of exploring the city on foot, with numerous eateries and shopping stores just a stone's throw away. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. Their extensive knowledge of Lisbon was invaluable, helping us navigate the city with ease. They assisted us in choosing restaurants, arranging excursions, and even organized our airport pickup. What stood out the most was their genuine care for our experience. I would have liked to give this property a higher score but our room smelled like sewage. When we asked about the smell, we were told it was just the building. Other than that, the gaff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and bar area was nice, and a great location. We felt very safe.

the whole hotel had a moldy smell , especially in the room and hallways, balcony was super tiny full of pigeon poop not worth the $$$$ better off staying in a simple place that you can breathe clean air

Perfect location
Amazing hotel. Right in the middle of a square and convenient location to hit restaurants and coffee shops. Right next to one of the famous pastel de nata stores! The service was great at this hotel and would recommend having someone I know stay at this hotel. It’s beautifully renovated and the service was outstanding!

AMAZING STAY in perfect location!
We absolutely loved everything about this property and was actually sad to leave. From checkin to checkout, everything was amazing! The friendliness of the staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms. The location was A+ also! We could not be happier. The bar was amazing, the concierge was amazing. PLEASE stay here while in Lisbon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Consulate. The location was great. The room overlooking the square was lovely. The hotel is a few blocks to the easy-to-use metro and the tram started at the steps of the hotel. Jahid at the front desk was the best! He had helpful information and is a great guy. We left some items in our room after check out and they contacted us. We will stay there again.

Nice location and cute room. Air conditioning does not cool very well and the whole place is extremely loud. Outside is loud and people outside the doors/hallways are loud. You can hear everything so that was a bit tough. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was not worth the cost and was not very good, limited options and expensive.

The hotel location, our rooms, breakfast, and overall experience of this hotel were outstanding. The greatest asset however, was Jahid, the property manager, as well as the other staff members. Jahid and his staff went out of their way to meet our needs, improve our experiences of Lisbon, and ease our travel requirements. We will sing the praises of Jahid and this hotel to all our traveling friends!

Hige rooms in a perfect location.
Couldnt ask for a better location, and the room size is amazing, a two room suite for a standard room. Breakfast could be vastly improved but there are many options nearby. Tremendous value for the price! Very comfortable beds too.
