The room itself was fine. The amenities were fine. However, the proximity to the airport caused too much noise, especially in room 101. We also saw some bugs, mostly fruit flys and mosquitos.

It’s a place that you self check into which is fine. But they should have someone around in case issues arise. Our air conditioner was not working in the room, we couldn’t find anyone and I also called two different numbers and no one picked up.

The property and room were beautiful -- a boutique hotel in what looks like a private manor. The location was very close to metro and train to Sintra.

Very clean, modern and comfy bedding. Entry is remote, so very impersonal and we had to wait a bit for text responses when entering. Hosts seemed nice, but it's better to have a person meet you, isn't it? However, we had a good but short time, and it achieved its goal of being comfortable and vey near the airport for our very early flight the next day.

The room was excellently clean and had all the amenities needed. The only problem is that black mold is growing in the shower caulking. It is a serious health issue for some people.

5 star or 2 star?
This is beautifully located and has elements of a 5 star property with a lovely bathroom and great TV. Checking in was effortless. However, my stay in Room 010 was ruined by sheets and sheet cover which were damp, maybe due to the a/c being on, or maybe the basement location. Also I thought the quality of toiletries was poor. So, a mixture of good and bad really.

Great place with private parking, planes pass low.
This is a hidden gem in the city. Surprised by how big and comfortable the room was and ease of parking. If you are light sleeper this place may not be for you. Planes pass by frequent and low. Courtyard was great with plenty of parking spots. This is self check in hotel. Check in instructions were clear and easy. Only staff we saw was housekeeping lady the next day. For some reason she was mad at something, she didn’t even smile to greet when I said hi but other than that everything was ok with our stay.

Can't understand how this property is rated to 9 ?! it was simply terrible. The airplane corridor is just above this building. Planes are almost landing on the roof. If planes landing all night is not enough, then our room 101 was just next to the entrace. All guest were pulling up their luggage on the stairs. Really unpleasant place!

Cute building, very accessible to the airport and has a car park, which can be hard to come by in Lisbon. The gardens and outside area were very nice and we enjoyed sitting out there.
