This was a beautiful property with large modern rooms and décor and great huge bathroom. Easy access to the metro and train transport. The negative was that we never received any cleaning of our room for the entire 6 night stay and the only contact we had was when someone came to our room to collect the Foreigner's Borders Services (SEF) tax which we were notified of only two weeks prior to our arrival via email. We asked for an explanation of what is was since we did not pay this extra $48 Euro fee at any of the other 7 hotels we stayed at during our holidays in Portugal. The woman did not speak one word of English so we just paid it. We called the phone number we had for the hotel but no answer to our 3 calls and no reply to the messages we left. We were not impressed by the total lack of any customer service or contact with this property. Too bad because it was very nice otherwise.

Just what was needed
Easy, good location for us and very clean. Room was musty but the windows open so that was solved quickly. Nice large room and bathroom with great shower. Beds comfy.

We stayed for 1 night on our last day in Portugal to be close to the airport. Self check in was easy using detailed instructions provided though it was dark when we arrived and we needed phone flashlights ( we ate dinner nearby and outside lights were on when we returned). Rooms were large and nicely decorated; bed comfortable; coffee, tea and water provided; bathrooms in great condition with shampoo and bars of soap provided. Highly recommend

It was very close to the airport which was great for an early morning departure. The property is gated in so parking was convenient and safe. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Amazing, we want to return to Lisbon and book this hotel again, it was very easy, you get the instructions by email, fallow the steps and everything is easy and quick, the room was amazing, easy to get to the metro, and they have parking😀😀

I enjoyed our stay, except for the rule that we could not turn the AC up, and if we opened the windows, the noise from planes was LOUD. It was too warm in the room at night, as we had to close the windows due to noises.

Very nice ground floor single room. I was not familiar with inserting the room key card into the interior card holder which activates the rooms power and lights. It needs to be fully inserted. I had not done this initially and thought the power was out.
