Not quite as advertised, but still a great stay
That's not a balcony, and the 'city view' was of the internal building columns. But everything else about this stay was great. Immaculately clean and well maintained, great shower, lots of space. Great location at the top of the upper town. Highly recommended.

Exceptionally clean and spacious, uncomfortable sofa bed and quite a complicated access procedure, involved downloading apps entering all guest and passport details to get an access key that did t work from the app, but overall great location

It was clean and well-cared for. Check in and check out was easy. Only the exact street itself was like a small alley, but we walked two minutes to a great breakfast place, a great tapas place, and more!

This was the best property we stayed at during our 2 week trip. Everything was clean, apt was spacious, and although there is no staff available 24/7, there were people available at check in time and they were all so friendly and accomadating. Great location!

Our stay was brief - just two nights - so we wanted to maximize by checking in early if possible. They have the option of 15 Euro to check in early. However, as someone must have been checking out of our suite that day, we couldn't get an early check-in. Instead, we used one of the lockers to store our bags. We needed a lot of help from the on-site staff member because the locking mechanism on the locker was broken. There were only a few lockers, so don't count on this as an option (especially if you have lots or large luggage). We were lucky! The apartment seemed very clean, and we appreciated the welcome gift and the app's suggestion of a free walking tour. I didn't give them 5 stars for cleanliness, however, because we found a lacy, black bra behind one of the couch cushions. Yikes! Someone had a romantic time on that couch, we assume. We threw the bra in the garbage can and didn't think much of it afterwards. The rest of the apartment was very clean. Two minor things with the bathroom that annoyed us and could be a problem for other travellers are that the shower was not very well lit at all, and the sink took up the entire space of the small counter. The dark shower made it difficult to shave my legs. I wear make-up, so I had to put my make-up bag in the sink and use it as the counter surface, which was very strange. Overall, it was a unique experience. It was a nice location. We mostly enjoyed it but would try somewhere else next time.

Property is hard to find, but it is in the best location of Lisbon. There was 24 hr reception which is good. But we hadnour room checkin delayed by 90 min. Do don't plan any activity around your checkin time

It was in a nice area in the neighborhood; near restaurants and some bars but still quiet. It was also near a laundromat which was a plus to us. It was clean and there’s A/C and elevator (for those who had a long walking days lol) I’d stay here again next time we’re in Lisbon. It’s near a bus stop and not far from one of the trams since it’s a walk uphill from the Metro station of Restadoures

Overall a nice place to stay. The room was very clean and spacious, with a small kitchen. Location was walking distance from a lot of places. However, the property photos were misleading. In all of the pictures it shows a nice balcony and big window opening up to a view of the city/beach in the distance. We not only did not have a balcony or big window, but no nice view. Our view was the inside of the apartment building. When we asked the front desk they said rooms are all different based on first come first serve. Just something to be aware of when viewing the photos!
