Great place in an amazing location. Very close to restaurants, bars, look outs and transportation. The wooden floor makes a lot of noise so you hear persons walking in other rooms easily. The WiFi also gave trouble in one of the rooms

Highly recommend this attractive apartment-hotel
This is a terrific place to stay and I highly recommend it! Each apartment has a well appointed if small kitchen, with all the tools necessary to prepare or reheat foods. A container with ample breakfast foods is delivered each day including breads, cheese and cold cuts , yogurt, juice and spreadables (no eggs). The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is helpful and responsive. Location is ideal and convenient!

Perfect stay. The staff were all extremely helpful for the two nights we stayed there. They walked me both times to the parking garage that’s a block and a half away. You do need to pay for parking. This is where the bar scene is which does get loud, however the windows were amazing and we couldn’t hear a thing. Walked every where we needed. Would highly recommend.

Check in was easy because there was someone at the desk! Not always the case with some properties. The area was noisy at night but I loved that and it didn’t keep me awake. The continental breakfast was conveniently delivered to our door each morning.

The property was nice but I was not aware it was in a noisey part of the city at night time. Good job I brought my ear plugs. I did n’t like them trying to charge me for a bottle of wine which I had not used. I had 1 bottle of wine complimentary with the booking. They stated I drank a further bottle. It must of been there cleaners. Also annoying that the cleaners would be in and out of your room a few times a day. It is disruptive

The 10-day visit far exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and all appliances and features of it were functional. The staff was outstanding; answering all our questions and helping out with directions and suggestions for local attractions. I definitely would book a future stay!

The apartment was very clean, well furnished and newly renovated. Front desk was nice and super helpful. Located close to all touristy attractions. Few cons were stairs. We have stroller so had to keep it on ground floor while we take stairs to second floor, it was tiring after a full day of exploring the city on foot. The area has all bars next doors, just fyi.

We didn't love the access to the unit as you need to go up the elevator, exit to another building and go down stairs. It was a little inconvenient but not a big deal. We liked the apartment, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the service, location was perfect, the bedroom is opposite the main street so you can't hear the party! It was close to Rossio train station, the mall, pink street, the water. Everything was wonderful. I recommend this place!!!

Beware there is a big difference between standard and premium apartments. We were not happy with the apartment we were given and were eventually moved to another one, which however had the disadvantage of being above a restaurant and was permeated with the smell of fried fish. Breakfast is delivered in a basket and consists of bread packaged in cellophane, butter, jam and some ham and cheese in plastic containers. Location is great if you intend to party, but not ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. However, windows are double glazed and the level of noise is tolerable.
