Beautiful property and very spacious room with kitchenette & open-air balcony windows. Very nice to have casual, very good, dining restaurant on ground level for all meals when/if needed. Getting to hotel is a little tricky, but once there very nice to have parking available. Highly recommended Hotel “Lumi”!

What I did not like was that the property was too far from the Lisbon metro area. I also did not like the half door showers, our bathroom was constantly wet b/c the half door caused all the water to get out and drain on the floor. It was a mess. The food at restaurant was mediocre but the worst in my opinion is that even thought we arrived at 11am, we waited 4 hours for a room and they didn't even think to comp the food/beverage we needed. I had to go to them at 330pm to ask the front desk if our room was ready. WE just sat and waited and they forgot about us. I would never go back or recommend.

The staff was most pleasant. The bartenders at the lobby bar were great. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of good to choose from. Over all, the whole hotel staff was great. We enjoyed our stay.

We specially booked this hotel for the laundry facility because we are staying in Europe for the summer and needed to do laundry. It turns out they do not have laundry machines only a service. One shirt was like 10 euros and we had two bags full of clothes that needed washing. This was very disappointing and I would not have booked this hotel had I known they wouldn’t have laundry. Also, they had several big events there (corporate it seems) so check in took forever and in general the staff seemed to constantly cater to them and forget about the “little guys.” However, it is a nice clean hotel and the staff (and the Portuguese people) in general are super nice and try to be very accommodating.

The Lisbon Marriott is an inviting, clean, spacious and welcoming place. The restaurant is located downstairs near the pool area and one can sit inside or in variety of seats around the pool area. I stayed there just one night but felt happy with my choice.

An Airport Hotel
Services were poor. They had no coffee bar, only the restaurant. It was very backed up at breakfast with no alternative if you didn't want a full meal. Service in the bar was very slow.
