Was my first time at Masa hotel and I recommend to anyone to come. For me was a solo trip and i felt safe, the room was so big actually just for one person, but i felt homi and very comfy. If you want to bring your family, for what i saw, will put a smile on your kids face because is kids friendly too. I am definitely coming back Thank you all staff from the reception, cleaning and restaurant part for the welcoming smile and great customer service. See you soon.

New welcoming and safe hotel near LIS
I heard that this hotel is relatively new. It's almost 4 km from the Lisbon International Airport. This hotel was easy to check in, helped me out with our bags on a last minute trip prior to the actual start date. The door men were fantastic as well as the reception. If I had to choose something That could stand to be a little better would be at the menu but the meals are delicious..

Good staff who are helpful and want to assist, but breakfast has run out by 9.30am (or most of it at least) and the beds arent the most comfortable in the world. Sauna/spa is okay, but nothing to celebrate. Had a number of issues with spa services as we had a 20% off voucher which led to a series of issues as they had decreased prices 30% for all customers and could not combine and wanted us to ask hitel.com/expedia for the difference (obviously never happening). Beyond that, good location, easy and relaxed

Nice comfortable hotel
Hotel very clean and comfortable, well equipped rooms and bathroom (great shower), slightly noisy from main road at the front and neighbouring rooms but nothing major. Good reception, bar etc We normally stay more central but we liked this location and some nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk and easy walk to centre or a short Uber ride. Only thing that let it down was the breakfast area, the first morning we were waiting for 20 mins for a clean plate and the second morning was chaos - a small number of tables occupied but every other table full of dirty pots so even though not busy we had to wait 10-15 mins for a table, only one of coffee machines working and no hot water / coffee in the jugs, so a few frustrated people. Actual breakfast ok but need more staff for the morning rush.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, but the AC could have been cooler. We were looking forward to the free breakfast, but missed it because of our early flight. A major advantage of the hotel: close to the airport. Disadvantage: the surrounding neighborhood wasn't particularly inviting to walk around.

The majority of the staff were really nice!!! Had great conversations with them. This hotel is just about a year (maybe a little over) old. There is NO ALCOHOL served on property!! Know this before going. They are short staffed but the world is short staffed! In spite of it, they try their bestest to accommodate you. Even when they fail, you literally feel bad for them. I know I did. As a former manager for major hotel chains, the managers here needs to be more hands on and help their staff as I see them struggle during the busy times especially breakfast. This hotel has potential! Loads of it. I am hoping they work out the kinks but I would stay closer to town/city as there isn't much to do in the area. Oh, there is construction going on next door which is why I mentioned the "dirty". Hotel is very clean.

Charges to use swimming pool in spa facility were not expected. No outdoor area to sit in. Staff on reception and porter helping with luggage were helpful. Hotel was clean and quiet except for planes landing at airport every three minutes flying over roof which needs to be mentioned when booking. Breakfast choice good but slow to replenish when things ran out - cramped and small area for guests to access food items and drinks. Lady in charge of dining room autocratic in manner and not flexible - saying empty tables for four not to be used by two guests as reserved for families only then she let several couples use them.
