This is a comfortable and very well run hotel. The staff are polite, professional and very well trained. Even though they provide an airport shuttle, the hotel is just an easy 7 or 8 minute walk from terminal 1 at the Lisbon Airport. If I were passing through this airport again and needed a hotel at the airport, I would stay ant the Melia again without hesitation. And, the price was very reasonable.

Great Stay!
The room was lovely and very comfortable. We appreciated the welcome items. The woman working at the bar was so kind to take my dinner order, expedite it being prepared and brought it out quickly to me. After a long travel day, I appreciated this kindness so I could get to my room and relax. We were happy to be so close to the airport and still have shuttle service which was great for our bags.

Staff was great and were very helpful facilitating early departure for us, bagged breakfast, called cab for us. Bed was great, but didn't enjoy the shower cabin and toilet stall like part of the room..convenient location ,close to the airport, but in my opinion is not worth the rate we paid, especially after paying less for a king suite at Hilton in Porto

Great airport hotel. Rooms were very nice although the WC could have had a bit more privacy (thin door and not all the way sealed.) Otherwise the room was great, the bed comfortable and the staff very helpful. It was also very quiet. Additionally, the hotel has a full breakfast that starts at 4 if you have an early flight and a shuttle to the airport.

The hotel was very close to terminal 2 and walkable from terminal 1. They do have a shuttle service to and from terminal 1. Rooms were very quiet considering the proximity to the airport. Room was very comfortable. Restaurant was large with a menu for any taste.

Fast check-in and help with our luggage. Complimentary water and Christmas biscuits, short drive from the airport ( it is walkable, but we had 5 pieces of luggage) Superb nights sleep, and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. Always our go to airport when we are in Lisbon

Clean, comfortable bed and helpful service. Walkable from the airport, so no need to wait for shuttle if you have roller bags. We were allowed to check in at 1 pm which we appreciated. The restaurant served dinner with good menu options. Not a fan of the bathroom set up in the room. It had semi transparent, modular glass walls for the toilet room and shower stall which are open to the rest of the room along with the sink, unless you draw a curtain. And no outlet at the sink/mirror that can provide the current required for a curling iron…only for a shaver.
