This is a comfortable and very well run hotel. The staff are polite, professional and very well trained. Even though they provide an airport shuttle, the hotel is just an easy 7 or 8 minute walk from terminal 1 at the Lisbon Airport. If I were passing through this airport again and needed a hotel at the airport, I would stay ant the Melia again without hesitation. And, the price was very reasonable.

The property was very nice although not within the airport as described. The shuttle to the airport was very good and only took a few minutes. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant was nice for dinner. Great breakfast buffet. A nice way to end our vacation.

I barely slept the night of my flight because it sounded like someone was moving furniture around on a bare floor all night. Maybe I was near a conference room and they were resetting? I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was dead as well as the outlets on that side. I ended up finding the number and called from my cell. They were prompt in answering and said they would look into it. The noise eventually stopped sometime after midnight.

Very strong perfume smell in both rooms; overwhelming really. Very nice shuttle driver who assisted in returning rental car. Good breakfast buffet open at 4AM. Hotel is 5 minutes from the airport and shuttle buses leave every 15 minutes.

Super convenient hotel right at the airport. It was a 4 minutes walk from terminal 1. Staff were professional and courteous. Breakfast offered a great variety of foods. Bed was comfortable.
