New property, clean. Check I was extremely slow. Don't know if it was because I don't speak Portuguese Parking was very difficult to access. Asked to use their toaster over to warm up a pizza bought off site and was denied Shower was awkward to use and not hot enough To me front desk staff should me bilingual. English and Portuguese. Lisbon is a internation city and hotel should reflect as such I think property is new and I hope they can work out their problems

The hotel was in an ok spot between subway stations and close to the Oriente amenities. The property is nice with a south facing garden and sitting area. Breakfast was excellent with good coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, and most anything you would want except eggs. We were impressed by the automatic pancake maker which was much cleaner than what you see in the US. The shower was a little awkward with just shampoo and gel soap locked next to the sink. We actually stayed here twice when arriving and leaving Portugal so the location again was good but our second stay came without the breakfast so we paid the 10 euros per person for breakfast.
