I really liked this apparement. It was a little noisy and you can hear people going into their rooms and walking around upstairs quite a lot, not amazing for a light sleeper. However the room was just as the pictures showed and was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely return and stay there and recommend. Staff were lovely and it was really easy to walk around. It felt very safe as a solo female.

Room was tidy and okay. Good location with transport links. Staff were friendly but not there 24h. Be sure to be clear of your requirements as they did not know to make up both beds for two people. Also you have to pay for cleaning if you want clean fresh towels etc.

Transportation from Lisbon airport to the apartment was very expensive , they charged us €35 , unfortunately we didn’t take Uber which was cheaper just €17 . Apartment size is ok , location is good , close to metro station, but they need to put more attention to cleaning , especially the bathroom shower, the shower door frame is dirty, black and moldy, also the corners inside the shower are black, very dirty, it seems like they have never been cleaned.

Absolutely delighted. Very warm welcome from English speaking staff on arrival. Immaculate and comfortable two room apartment fitted to a high standard. 5min walk from metro station. Two supermarkets and a bakery close by. When we left the office staff even did the online check in for us.

It was excellent. I would like for them to have more towels and paper towel 😅. As for the rest, the apartment has a fantastic location, close to many popular areas and it has a convenient store, supermarket, and bakeries at 2 min walking distance. Plenty of public transportation also very close by. The personnel is diligent and courteous.

Communication was great. Desk staff were very nice. Excellent location for my travel plans. Felt safe. Furniture and apartment are worn. Table wiggles a lot, bed sags, shower seal is not working well, stains on upholstery, duck tape on kitchen floor to hold corner in place. Needs attention in my opinion for the price.

Small, wobbly dining table. Equipment in the kitchen was basic ie. no colander, toaster or even a tea towel. Shower needs attention as it leaks and part of the door frame and nearby floorboard are rotting. The bottom of the shower outside is black with mould. However, it is 5 minutes walk from a metro station and public transport is good. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding.

The three of us ladies stayed on the property and were very satisfied with our accommodations; the building was very clean, tidy and we all felt safe coming and going; the location was great walking distance to amenities, groceries, restaurants, wine, Metro, shopping and the beauty of the city; We thoroughly enjoyed what the apartments had to offer, all the amenities as we have at home; the staff were friendly, helpful and were available when we needed; the doors were quite secure, although it took us a few times to figure them out but once we did, they were easy to work with, hence, we felt secure; nice quiet, cozy, quaint wonderful location, we would definitely return. Loved Lisbon, Thanks!
