Pros: location is great and breakfast is included. Room is spacious and fantastic water pressure. Room is clean Cons: building has no elevator, I was surprised and staff said it was in the booking confirmation. I double checked and it does not mention in the confirmation but it is under amenities in the hotel description. My error but just wanting people to be fully aware. Reception is on the 2nd floor. Not sure if it’s where my room was located but could hear everything happening in the hallways, room next door and outside. The sounds from next door was so loud it felt as if people were coming into my room. I was traveling with my mom so she’s older and it made it more difficult for her. If I was traveling with friends, wouldn’t have been as much of an issue.

Localização excelente.
A Pensão Praça da Figueira está a pouco passos de vários pontos de interesse, ao lado de uma das saídas do metro ROSSIO. O pessoal do staff é muito receptivo, café da manhã muito bom, quarto, apesar de pequeno, confortável. A limpeza dos banheiros (que são coletivos) pode melhorar um pouco. O único senão é não ter elevador, dificultando o acesso com malas, principalmente se você for acomodado nos andares mais elevados.

Four day stay in Lisbon
The location is prime for access to transportation and restaurants. Our room overlooked Praca Figueira, which was very scenic. There was street noise at night, but you could close the windows to block out the sound. There was no elevator, so we got our exercise walking up to our room. Breakfast was great. The dining room was small so breakfast times were booked by guests. This Pension is well worth the price

Towels were ripped and you have to carry your bags up four flights of stairs to reception desk. Absurd! No help either. What does an elderly couple do or anyone for that matter. Rooms are tiny and stark. We had a great view. Breakfast was just okay. Plentiful but if you want eggs it’s hard boiled and that’s it.

Hotel is in an excellent location and at a very reasonable price point with very courteous staff, clean rooms, and a nice breakfast variety to boot. Would highly recommend!!!
