Brilliant hotel. Staff friendly and professional. Great welcome. Spacious room.Nice area of city with ample restaurants just outside hotel so spoilt for choice. Great breakfast, a tip always take the breakfast as it's a much better option than eating out and saves having lunch

Fantastic modern hotel, great location in Lisbon.
Excellent modern hotel. Beautiful rooms with a small balcony. Firm comfortable beds, very large bathroom. Very friendly staff. Big thanks to barmen Niyish & Elvis & Isabelle in reception. Loved happy hour 330pm each day. Great cocktails. Awesome location, surrounded by restaurants, shops, close to Metro & Sintra train station. Can walk everywhere. Would stay again !

The stay was good. I believe the pool was monopolized by a young group of men and did not seem accessible. No staff was available at the time to accommodate folks so we were left to first come, first serve which can be uncomfortable and was not conducive to being or feeling safe. On our last night there was a fire alarm set off by a person smoking in their room. We were all shuffled outside, no clearance from fire department just the hotel manager. Just a bit uncomfortable and communication and staff presence would have been helpful.

The location was excellent. Most meeting points for local tours were just 5 minutes walk from hotel and all points of interest within walking distance. Food was excellent and plenty of other options for eating around the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would stay again
