Hotel advertised as a B&B but breakfast wasn’t included Also despite putting out the tag to ask for the room to be made up no clean towels were provided even though the bed was made. We had to ask the hotel opposite for clean towels.

We had an amazing stay. The breakfast was included and was delicious and our room had the cutest balcony overlooking the adorable street out front. They manage the place so well and it was so clean and just what we needed for the one night before our flight out.

We liked the area, plenty of things to do within walking distance. The room itself was very small with nowhere to store clothing. On a couple of occasions we had issues with the hot water. We also would have liked to have had a safe in the room.

The room was amazing (please note that it is a walk up). The location was right in the heart of the historic district and all the action (look up festivals before you go, so you know what to expect). We had a great time there during a festival. We felt totally safe. A lot of people having a good time ... very entertaining; from the street and our balcony. We are in our 60's and thouroughly enjoyed the party. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.
