It’s a unique stay. Easy to contact the staff. Two downsides were— the shower would overflow because the plumbing isn’t like that in a house. Our last night we opened a cabinet that happened to be where the electrical panel was and the was a HUGE cockroach that ran into the wiring.

You get a lot space with everything you need. A kitchen. Breakfast area. Etc. The shower and the toilet is not the same as in a hotel because it is a boat but everything is ok

After booking this unit through expedia, the expedia app arbitrarily chose dates 2 weeks into the future of when i needed the accommodations for. Immediately realizing the date issue, i tried contacting both expedia and tagus marine to get a refund. Both were not able to help and did not provide andy solutions, other than giving the reservation to a friend or family member - unfortunately, im canadian and dont have family or friends in lisbon to use the unit. Overall, bothe tagus and expedia were unhelpful and had no flexibility for an obvious fault in the system, resulting in the loss of my money. I would jotnsuggest dealing with such people and their unwillingness to offer any solutions. Absolutely disgraceful - just choose an actual hotel, not a private unit that takes advantage of their clientele.

Due to flight delays, I was unable to get to the marina until very late into the night-early morning. However I was warmly greeted when I called concerned that I would not be able to get on site. I was not only greeted and checked in but I was walked to the boat by the manager and they took the time to show me how to use everything before leaving. Everything was exceptionally clean and I enjoyed my time there.

A unique and wonderful alternative to a hotel! We were very impressed by the size and amenities of the boat. My partner is 6'3" and he had no issue standing upright throughout. Staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. Beautiful area to walk around both day and night (aquarium is very close.) Would stay here again without hesitation.

Miss Rosalina boat house
Wonderful experience with the boathouse , it's worth to try, Rui and his staff were very friendly. It is a very peaceful location, grocery store 5 mins walk, restaurants near by , metro 20 mins walk , bus service 5 mins walk. the boat house was spacious and clean. The bathroom just keep in mind operates like your in an RV. Overall I really recommend.

The houseboat was a nice change from the usual boring hotels. The are around the marina was nice and quiet. It was close to the Oceanarium, a wonderful aquarium. I would recommend for those looking for quiet away from the bustle.

This was a very fun way to experience Lisbon. Check in was easy and the houseboat was neat, clean, and very spacious. Very close to restaurants, entertainment, and a lot of places to walk. Safe, fun, and a great time.

Reception staff were insanely friendly and helpful and provided some guidance. We arrived early, we could store our luggage there whilst exploring. The are located in an area that is full of couples and families. We loved everything. Big shout out to Hoy*

Staying on the houseboat was a unique experience. The front desk staff was friendly and super helpful. It was easy to catch an Uber into the city center and also to the airport. Be warned, the bars along the pier area are noisy at night. We stayed on a Wednesday night and still had to endure loud music and loud people at a nearby bar. Fortunately, the air conditioning fan on the boat is also loud, so it drowns out the music and noisy people. Excellent coffee. Very well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay.
