Our stay at The House on Pink Street was exceptional. The apartment was clean, spacious, had all the necessary amenities and additional perks. The photos on the website are exactly as advertised. The location is very convenient, with a quick and easy walk to the waterfront, Timeout Market, many restaurants, Commerce Square, the Metro/Train station and more. Having said all that, what made our stay most enjoyable was the outstanding service. It just doesn't get any better. Thanks to Joana and Veronica for the warm welcome, regular contact and assistance with anything we needed, the special treats and notes left on a daily basis. They made us feel like VIPs, in a warm and familiar way (like you would treat a special family member or friend). It's obvious that guest satisfaction is very much a priority to them. This same treatment was extended to us by all the staff we interacted with at the associated Corpo Santo Hotel. The opening of doors, welcoming us as we came and went, having access to the drinks, snacks, ice-cream, facilities and free walking tours. A special thank you to guest services manager, Nuno, for a wonderfully informative afternoon tour of the historic/older parts of town. We are so pleased with our stay at The House on Pink Street and highly recommend this boutique aparthotel and its sister hotel, The Corpo Santo, to anyone looking to have an amazing visit/stay in Lisbon!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay with a toddler. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed including the window coverings that cut out the street noise and lights. Our hostess made sure we had everything we needed and suggestions for our visit. The unlimited candy and ice cream were a hit as well.

Very nice and clean room. Adequately stocked kitchen if you want to cook . Location of this property is in a late nght bar area so it was kinda loud but window shuutters did help .Friendly staff.

Beautiful room. Appointed with everything you would need for a stay. The check in and staff were beyond welcoming and helpful. I accidentally booked the room for 2 instead of 3 and they immediately got us set up. The hotel is in a great location to see the city. They have amenities and services provided by the bigger hotel down the street. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Corpo Santo 6 years ago but the price more than doubled, so we tried the sister property a block away. The room was great - well appointed and new and clean with kitchenette including a clotheswasher/dryer. We had access to the lobby amenities of Corpo Santo, including free snacks and concierge services. The neighborhood is central and walkable and very lively with bars and clubs at night, with renovation/construction across the street during the day. Thick windows and blackout shutters and supplied earplugs effectively eliminated any street noise. The street and sidewalks were coated with many layers of spilled drinks and anything that sticks, which goes with the neighborhood.

Somewhat loud at night from the nightlife however you are located right in the heart of activities. Host was very helpful and the room very nice. Nice daily treats or fruit and various foods offered too.

The property consists of 10 rooms right at the end of Pink Street. Pink Street has bars and activity until 5-6 am so be prepared for some of that noise however the rooms are well insulated. The bonus is the House on Pink Street is owned by a hotel a block away named Corpo Santo where you can get coffee, happy hour wine and other goodies including 24 hour soft serve cream. The room is comfortable with good bedding, washing machine and fool kitchen. You are walking distance to water front, shopping up the hill and all the restaurants in the downtown area. A nice place if you don’t mind the bars crowd late into the night.

Loved the stay. The room is spacious and well appointed with comfortable bed and furniture, as well as amenities, like laundry and complete kitchen. I wanted for nothing during the stay. The staff was very helpful, not only with the room, but also with local information. They even left treats and snacks for me. The location is close to the train station for excursions to Belém, Estoril, and Cascais. The location is walking distance to Chiado and Alfama, and lots of tourist sites.

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment itself is just the right amount of space and accessible in every way. However what made it sooooo much better was the host Joanna.’ She stayed in constant communication with us and truly cared about how we are enjoying our time, helped all the way and even followed up after we left. She is a gem. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who likes to have a good stay in Lisbon.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Don’t let the outside/neighbourhood fool you. It is very modern on the inside - on par with any high end boutique hotel. It’s also very quiet as the have upgraded windows and soundproof shutters. Our room was spacious, very clean and many nice touches such as free coffee, water and snacks. In addition, the owners dropped off homemade cupcakes one day!! You’ll never find that in a large hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious stay in Lisbon.

A home away from home in the heart of the city
Amazing location, convenient to everything you need - the seaside, center of town, Time Out Lisboa and, of course, Pink Street with all its bars. The property’s association with the Corpo Santo 5-star hotel is an added benefit given all its amenities, including 24/7 soft-serve ice cream! One of the manager’s, Joana, is exceptional and provides amazing service, before, during, and after your stay. The apartments have everything you need as well to create a home away from home!
