Wonderful stay and facilities! The staff is top notch, everyone was so helpful and sweet. We also really enjoyed the free drinks provided as well as the spa area for sauna and pool :) My only critique are the bed pillows. The bed is on the harder side and the pillows don’t have that hotel quality fluff. I think upgrading that will level up this hotel!

This hotel is stylish and in a great area. Staff is friendly and helpful rooms are big. My only complaint is the beds. Really hard and the sheets feel like paper.

Excellent hotel and staff. They got in contact prior to our arrival. Service was friendly and professional. It was twenty minutes to walk into the heart of the city. It was though up a steep hill but that said where isn't in Lisbon. We would stay agin.
