Myself and my daughter stayed for 4 nights. We had a wonderful time there. The staff always very helpful and friendly. The king size bed was incredible comfortable. It took was time to get out of the bed every morning. The staff always top up our water (wich was delicious) and the coffee for the machine. Thank you so much for the nice touch. I did appreciate having a coffee as soon I was out of bed 😊. Clean towels top up toiletries and mint sweets from the desk every day. So nice. On our last day we could leave our bags storage and go explore for the rest of the day. Thank you so much for that. It help us a lot. Only dow side was the aeroplanes noise every night but on night two I was starting to get used to it.My advice is to take some earplugs, that will make a massive difference.Our view was beautiful too, especially at night and sunset... so beautiful.Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely comeback if needed to. Thank you to everyone who works hard at this Hotel to keep the way it is. With kind regards. xx

Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Comfy large bed, quiet AC. Immediate surroundings are not the greatest but the park and city centrum is within 10-20 min walking distance. Fridge is very tiny. Our room was set for 1 person (1 bath towel, 1 coffee,..,) despite us checking as a couple. Since we were there for 1 night only that didn’t bother us too much. Breakfast is basic but OK. Very nice front desk and breakfast service people.

Front desk staff were so helpful with recommendations for dining and shopping since the hotel was not within the immediate historic area and had less options. Easy walk to Eduardo VIl Park for meeting tour groups.

Hotel is very clean and modern. It is also in walking distance to the many restaurants, shopping centers, tourist spots, etc. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and all staff were ultra friendly and amazing! We will definitely stay at Zurin Charm Hotel again soon.
