Great hotel! Loved that it shares the same building structure as the train station. Very convenient to take train back and forth from airport. No need for taxi, especially since the city can get very congested with traffic. Take the scooter, it's fun! Hotel was very nice, comfortable beds, air-conditioning and very helpful staff.

This hotel is right above the train station. Supper easy to take the train from airport to hotel!!!! Very nice. We opted for the smallest room available with no view and facing the train station. Little noisy if you open the windows but not bad. Everything in the room was perfect. Well though out accommodations and what I like to call "American air conditioner". Staff very nice and helpful with directions and food recommendations. Easy to Uber a scooter to center of town. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very near the edge of alfama area, but it’s an excellent property with nice room design. Some room sizes are very small but that’s Europe.

I booked this hotel for my wife and daughter as they stopped over from Spain to Canada for two days to enjoy Lisbon. They reported that the hotel is clean, quiet (water-facing room), well-kept, and functional. They were delighted with the basics such as wifi, air conditioning and staff responsiveness. We will likely make this our go to hotel for trips back and forth. Highly recommended!

Several Issues during stay
Overall good hotel. Location is good to walk to restaurants and waterfront. Nicely greeted and asked if we needed assistance. We had an issue with the water pressure and 1st day there was no water in the morning. Also the hotel is an old train station and you will hear trains come in and leave. During our last night, we were woken up at 3am by extremely noisy next door. I had to make a call to front desk to inform of the conversations. Unfortunately they continued longer, and we did not sleep. Next morning the Mgr was not available to speak and we needed to depart to the airport. I will not be returning to the hotel.

This hotel is an old train station, but decor and rooms are updated and cozy. It’s attached to the train station so super convenient and really quiet. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved it.

It’s a nice heritage listed building that’s been renovated but damn it’s strange. Starting at the heavy and narrow main entry door - there is no inner handle to open the door!? You have to jam your fingers in the 1.5cm gap between the steel and glass to open. There’s no physical in room directory and you have to use the TV to view directory which doesn’t tell you they even have a gym / fitness room. It also doesn’t tell you the phone directory numbers for reception/operator, restaurant, concierge etc. the “ye olde” phone in the room has been put there to keep the theme of this old railway building and on the dial has call 999 for police / fire / ambulance and call 100 for operator - neither of which is correct and anyway the phone didn’t work as when you picked up handset it said “please check network connection and try again”. The bathroom had a dust filled vent and the shaving mirror was hanging off wall with live wires exposed. As it’s placed adjacent to a very busy station and main bus hub traffic and noise is a main factor - not to mention the huge amount of disruption caused by heavy drainage construction - don’t come for a quiet time. In the area there are a lot of people hanging around typical of any major transport hub. Strange place and as I’d prepaid I was stuck until Thursday when I relocated to another normal 5 star hotel in Lisbon

Delightful stay
Was lovely, welcome team were very helpful and gave great advice. Only annoyance as asking for and getting an iron was like asking for a kidney. We were promised one but only received an ironing board and a very stern no when we called reception for the iron, so our trip was just us walking around in creased clothing :) - also, our room wasn't cleaned on the second day for some reason - still no idea why. Otherwise, the hotel is lovely, location is convenient and the staff were lovely.
