This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath house in Little Elm is the perfect getaway. It's conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Lake Lewisville, PGA Frisco, The Cove Indoor Water Park, Little Elm Beach/Boat Ramp and Toyota Stadium.

Relax in the hot tub, watch a movie on the 120" screen in the theater room, or choose a DVD from our collection! The game room offers "free play" arcade games, other gaming systems, darts and boccer ball. Outside, you'll find a built-in grill, outdoor fireplace, and a lighted corn hole set for day or night fun.

The two master suites downstairs each have a private full bathroom. There's also a cozy living room with ample seating and a large-screen TV. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. There's a pub table, counter seating, and a separate dining room. A half bath and an office complete the downstairs.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms. One is Jurassic Park/World and the other a Minion-themed room. The remainder of the upstairs features the game room, theater room, and a full bathroom. This home is ideal for large or multiple families.

For a unique experience, try an "unplugged" night! With our "No WiFi Needed" activities, it's easier than you think. Enjoy board games, 80s/90s arcade games, bocce ball, corn hole, and a DVD from our collection. If you want to truly cut the WiFi, let me know!!

PLEASE NOTE: Although we allow gatherings, birthdays, etc. we have a strict policy on 25 attendees maximum (12 guests + 13 day visitors). We also enforce that the day visitors leave no later than midnight. Let us know the event date at booking to go over parking and other details. Thank you!

Wonderful experience
The stay was wonderful so many activities for the kids to do at the house!! It had a movie theater, multiple games to choose from also a plus was the hot tub! Also had a lot of food places near and shopping centers and all kinds of activities for families near!

Great home base for Bachelorette
Needed "home base" for my daughters Bachelorette and this home fit the bill. We were able to have plenty of room for all the girls and games. Loved the media room to display our personal quiz game. Dan was very quick to communicate and extremely helpful with any issue we had. The home worked perfect only 4 stars on room because we did not have all the pics when booking because it changed owners no fault of Dans and when relisted noticed a more child theme bedrooms, not the vibe we wanted for bachlorette but it turned out to be fun for the girls to relive memories! Dan was very understanding and is doing great things to this home as we speak. the location was good for us since our activities were all close so this was a great place. Nice big space for gatherings and the backyard was nice with the hottub. Good addition for the girls. Too bad it was windy and cold when we stayed! Overall great place!

Perfect!
Our host was amazing! The people who stayed before us did a number as far as leaving a mess, so the cleaning ladies were still there when we arrived. The host was extremely apologetic and made sure everything was taken care of. Super safe neighborhood, close to everything, and a truly beautiful home. We will definitely be back!
