Rented 2 rooms, the heater did not work in both rooms. Did not arrive until 11pm and it was midnight before i realized that the heater was just blowing cold air. Had to get up at 5, so didn't waste time trying to get another room. At least there was hot water in the morning.

I accidentally booked this hotel for the same night. When I received the confirmation by email, I realized it. I immediately went back onto Expedia to cancel it, but I was not allowed, supposedly because the check in time was passed. I asked Expedia to help, which they did try, but they said the hotel would not budge. so I’m out $75 because I messed up but I still think they should have been a little flexible.

Great Service, Location, and Price
We got to jacksonville late, but they were ready for us. I had a knee replacement and the guy at the desk was so sweet. he got us on the first floor closest to the breakfast door. All the doors faced out to the parking lot or in to the outdoor swimming pool. We got amazing customer service from him! Our jetted tub room had the jets broken so the next day they moved us one door down to one that worked - which was awesome after such a long drive we'd had. The bed was comfortable, room was simple but totally had everything we needed - fridge, freezer, microwave, direct tv, and clean everything. Cleaning staff came by in the morning and tidied up and gave us a couple extra shampoos and conditioners since I"d forgot ours. Hotel was quiet and the blackout curtains kept it nice and dark. Breakfast was hot and really good. The lady working kept it stocked and clean. She was so sweet and friendly. Our trip was to see family for a medical issue - one of those last chance kinda trips - and it was so nice to come back and decompress after an emotional day. It was right by lots of food places, gas and a walmart plus we found out about 4 min away from other family there.

Convenient location near AFB
Nice, clean motel located near the Little Rock AFB. Stayed here when I came to pick up my son who’s stationed there. Quiet rooms, convenient location. I would stay here again.

It was supposed to be 2 queen beds. It was not. Aslo, very uncomfortable. the tub had jets. And when i turned them on nasty stuff started coming out of them. The dining area was really small. They did not clean the room while i was there. I had to ask for extra towels and stuff because they werent cleaning so they werent getting replaced. I think the only great thing they had going for them is the breakfast attendant. She was so sweet and attentive.

It was in a construction zone but it was quiet. It was for the most part clean. The bed felt like a box. I felt safe at least from people. I was worried about the roaches my dog eat two and i killed 4. Other than that it was a pretty good hotel.

Handicapped unfriendly. Upon arrival the clerk tried to give us a 2nd story room. I told him that my wife and I physically can not do stairs. Although the hotel was at least 2/3 empty, he grudingly gave us a first floor room. Upon checkout we were charged nearly double for a first floor room. I was never told that room upon check in had an upcharge for the handicapped and being on the first floor.

The living area seamed mostly clean. The bathroom was not. There was dried poop on the wall by the toilet paper. There was hair in the filter of the tub and black mold in the jets. Needless to say we only took a shower because of how dirty the tub was. Our towels and washclothes were stained with yellow and black stains. Fridge had to be turned as cold as it would go because our drinks were warm to the touch. The room itself looks to have been remoded sometime in the past year, the tap from the sheetrock on the ceiling was peeling. AC worked. Tv worked. Beds were a little stiff for our liking, but seamed clean and no bugs. I personally will not be staying there again.

There was no staff to check myself or another customer in. When we called, the person working said they were helping a customer at their room. That is understandable. She did get there relatively quick afterwards. I felt bad for her as she was brand new with zero training. She was not able to look up our reservation as she had not been trained to do that. She had to take our info on paper to give to the manager the next day. She was very kind. I felt bad for her. The room was clean. But the room was sketchy. The door had to be forced shut to get the lock to engage. Even then it looks like the door had been busted into at a previous time as the door frame was busted. We didn't feel secure at all. There was also some renovation that looks like was attempted. They put in flooring but didn't complete it to the wall. So there were gaps where the flooring met the wall. There were places that it appeared things had been on the wall but were now not there and the wall never got redone. The bathroom door, when shut, not locked, got me stuck inside. I had to have my husband open it from the otherside. And even then he had to push on it hard to get it unstuck. Overall, it was not a great or even somewhat passable experience. We will never stay here again.
