Nice and clean. Gym was clean. Only not so greats were the drain on the bathtub can use reseating, not all the water drains so there’s a little puddle that stays, was there when I checked in (obviously this is probably a room specific issue). What is with the current trend of tiny pillows, everywhere I stayed on this trip the pillows were like throw pillows, half the size of a standard pillow.

Beds super comfy! Breakfast was great! We just stayed one night on our way to Texas. This will be our go to hotel for future road trips to Texas. Felt safe and comfortable. We had 5 adults in 2Q suite.

The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast and coffee were great. Will definitely keep this this place as a favorite when we are traveling back and forth between Arkansas and North Carolina.

Clean, but not prepared
Looks to have been recently renovated. Very clean. However, as so many reviews have spoken, they were not prepared for our arrival. We stated we have 4 in our group and when we got to room, there were only 2 towels and the sofa bed had no sheets / blanket. Called down to ask housekeeping to bring them up and was told I had to go to the desk to get them. Breakfast was pretty much all carb heavy food, but still was good. Loads of restaurants within a few minutes and Walmart is next door, so location was great!

Ok but I won’t be back
Check in was fine but the cart situation was BAD. He said their carts were “being repaired”. I had to use some wierd dolly thing that made it more difficult than it was worth. I carried my bags the next morning at check out. My kids were VERY DISAPPOINTED because we could not get in the pool due to a layer of suds on top of the water. Not sure what that was about. I asked the manager about it the next morning. She was apologetic but didn’t seem to know either. Breakfast was good. My room was clean and comfortable.

The room was nice. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool. The pool water was warm mid October even though the front desk said it wasn't heated.
